I dropped off well before the location was open but they told UHaul I dropped off at 8:45, so I was charged an extra day of renting. Thankfully it was refunded after I spoke to customer service. There was no other UHaul in the lot so I wasn't certain where to leave the trailer. Otherwise it was fine.
