I had unusual circumstances. Returned the truck on time, but could not empty it because all waste management centers are closed on Sunday and Monday Nivembetb12th was. holiday. I ended up paying for extra days of truck rental and insurance while my truck sat in the U Haul lot for two days when they were closed until I could empty it. Bob is a great guy and until this episode I was always pleased with his service. I had no options and I also think because he had the truck, I should not be charged for two extra days of rental fees and insurance. Thank you..

The people and business were wonderful and very helpful. The road up there was a beast...very windy. Not worth the savings of $50, based on the drive and gas.

After a friend dropped me off at Blue Ridge they informed me my reservation had been moved to another provider in Franklin. Since I had no transportation Blue Ridge was kind enough to rent me a truck so I could drive to Franklin to pick up a auto transporter. Would have been nice if U-Haul had given me prior notice!

Not requested drop off location. Horrible customer service to change drop off location. . Uhaul claims it was not specified. Contract sure does specify. They want consumer to do the allocation per location for them for free.

Truck was clean and mechanically maintained. Windshield wiper blades needed to be replaced. Got into a strong downpour in the mountains and the blades were totally ineffective

There is only a single shared entry and exit, with no ample turn around space. In this case, equipment needs to be set up so that you can hook up and pull straight out, without having to back up after you hook up your trailer in order move around other parked rental equipment to get out!!

If you're going to offer 24/7 service at a location...you have to make sure the location has a decent cellular signal outside for clients to use. It took me 30 minutes to simply do the process, mainly because I was waiting on the cell signal to be strong enough to go through all the prompts. I highly recommend that--if the owner wants to continue to do the 24/7--he simply needs a public wifi that clients can join as they go through the process and he could put that in the instructions initially.

No hello; I’m here to drop off trailer “where did you put it". It replied, out front on my suv? Didn’t bother to come out from behind counter and even look at trailer, just advised, "Here’s gate codes for the lot, go find a open grass spot and drop it off" - in the pouring rain. Came back to office (soaking wet); "her’s your receipt". This was the attitude and total dialogue; completly devoid of any customer service. They should have paid me for the service provided.

Got to the location at 4;45. They close at 4. I left the truck and found the key deposit box. It said drop the key and the contract in the box. I was reluctant ate leave the contract. I tried to get the attendant, who was sitting in the locked office to recognize me to ask a question, but he would not.
