My dropoff location was changed overnight. When I arrived they had no record of my vehicle dropoff and refused to accept the keys. Had me contact a manager but the line kept going to voicemail. This was by far the worst U-Haul experience I’ve ever had and I plan on writing a formal letter to the CEO and service managers as well. Abysmal all around.

Always a smile on everyone, vehicles are maintained and clean, and your in and out before you know it when picking up or dropping off your rental. Anything better than that should be free. What about keeping your renters in the system and keeping track of the activity on them and come up with a rewards program!

Location unaware I was picking. Did not read reservation to know I reserved dolly. I had to return to location to get the dolly. Very frustrating experience

My truck came with only a quarter of a tank. I filled it up. When I returned the truck it had 3/4 of a tank. You should reimburse me for the 1/2 a tank load. You really you should give people your trucks with a full tank.

I've used u-haul many times and always found the service great. This rental was terrible and VERY unprofessional. I will not respond to this location again. Next time if im directed to get my vehicle there i will simply cancel my request and make other arrangements. Terrible experience

I was suppose to get 12 moving blankets and only got 3 in an open package, I was in a rush and did not count but found out once I was involverd in the move.

the fuel level was lower than on the contract, the windshield was dirty and cloudy, and the corporate uhaul center tried to charge me for moving pads and moving dolly. I was charged for fuel even after showing the attendant the fuel level prior to leaving with the truck, and I didn't receive a $50 credit from my last uhaul rental experience.

Since I did the express check in, the check in at the store should have been faster. I should have been able to just provide my license and credit card and been handed the keys. I should not have been asked where I was dropping off the truck as that should have been in the reservation. Otherwise the truck was great!

very slow service, not dedicated to u-haul as agents were splitting time between u-haul and selling gas, lottery tickets, cigarettes, etc

Keep it up all the time

I was called while driving home from NC, to be asked if I could bring the trailer back early so it could be used by another person. I explained that I was closing on the house on Monday, 7/10, and would bring it back after unloading it. The person I spoke to said okay, just have it back before 10. When I brought it back at 8:30, however, I was charged an extra day, plus insurance. So, it was okay to ask me to bring it back early, but then I get hit with a full day, when I was only 4 hours late. It's not like you were going to rent it out at that time anyway . . . .
