we arrived on time for our reservation but the van was not there. The last party was late which is not the dealers fault but you should have the courtesy to call the next renter so they do not make a wasted trip. There was another van to return in an hour and we said we would call back in an hour to check if it was returned. The dealer never answered the phone so we made the trip and it was returned, Again not very courtesy. They tried to charge us for the insurance but we had denied it on line. Do you just add it on there hoping folks will not check their totals?

On Friday, December 9th I made a reservation for a van for Tuesday, December 12th 1pm-5pm. I spoke with one of your representatives in making a reservation for that date. I told her specifically the information required. At the end of our conversation she stated 5pm. I said no I need it for 1pm-5pm. At no time did I hear her say anything about the availability at the time I needed. I initially asked for a pickup to no avail. I said I'll take the van because of the weather. Anyway, cutting to the chase, the van was booked 5pm-9pm. I was stuck without transportation to get home. I fortunately live nearby so I walked home. I reserved a van previously without a glitch. I spoke to a representative today telling her the situation.

Reserved truck was not ready when I had booked it to pick up. Attendant said it had not been turned in yet but she had never checked. She realized it was there and then could not get us checked out before we had to leave to attend an assembly at my son's school. We had to come back 2 hours later and pick up truck.

I don't know what to say. I just have one reservation on line. when I am there. The people working there spent a lot of time to give me U-Haul. and the first one they gave me with half gasl. then I change to another one which is full. But they gave me a new contract. Later I got a bill which said I have two U-haul.

No looked at my fuel tank or mileage before I left the parking lot so the result is I was charged by my estimate. Employees were the most untrained I have ever encountered in any industry. When I explained I didn't want to be charged for mileage that I didn't drive I was told it was "not my problem". I was give a number that's disconnected. It took forty minutes to get a Uhaul.

We weren't given the furniture pads, so we had to go back and pick them up. Check in also took almost a half an hour because a new employee wasn't trained on how to do this (not his fault).

It was a gas station, so if we hadn't seen the U-Haul trucks parked to the side, we wouldn't have known for sure if it was a U-Haul drop-off location, so additional signage would be helpful to see it from the road.
