The U-Haul website should list the inside dimension of the ramp, rather than the outside dimension of the ramp -- there is almost a 1.5" difference, which is very important for making sure that large heavy items with wheels would fit on the ramp.

Everyone I dealt with personally was very kind and helpful. However, it was very frustrating that the U-haul app and website would not process my order. Every time I logged in and selected my order it gave me an error message and I could not continue with the process. We has to do self service for pick up and drop off and both times I had to call customer service multiple times to get everything to work. It was not a fun experience after a long day of moving. Customer service helped us work everything out, but I hated sitting in a parking lot at 9 p.m. for half an hour just trying to pick up a truck.

I had to travel out of my way to return the truck. I called and asked about returning the vehicle to another UHaul store that was on my way back home, but I was told I had to take it to the other location because someone was picking it up there the next day. It was inconvenient for me.

We had a lot of trouble with our car, which was towing a UHaul trailer. The system said our car was rated for it but....you might want to double check your system on this issue.

I arrived there to turn in the vehicle at 1:51 pm on 8/5/17. The sign on the window said the office was open until 2:00 pm. Did not get helped until 2:10 pm! No one was in the office! Kept ringing the bell for service, but no one responded until 2:10 pm!!!!

I reserved a 17' truck and because one of the employees had overbooked the trucks, all they were able to give me was a 15' truck for a $10 discount. As a result, I had to make multiple extra trips between locations with my own car. I understand that this past weekend was very busy with lots of people moving, but that was unacceptable. If they hadn't had that 15' truck available, I probably would have had to delay moving for hours or until the next day. If I book with Uhaul again, I will be very concerned about whether my reservation will actually be fulfilled correctly. I also scheduled to pick up the truck from a location that I knew was going to be open at 8:30 AM on Saturday. The person who called to confirm was from an entirely different location that said I would have to do self check-in if I wanted to pick up the truck earlier than 10 AM. The truck and equipment itself was clean, but the truck was very difficult to actually shift into drive and clearly needed to be serviced.

There was some problems with the equipment I rented with the truck but I called the corporate office afew times and had to drive 20 miles to another location to pick up the equipment and it cost me 3 hours/$300. But the company as a hole did work as a team to help me fix the problem and get back to work. For that reason I give the group a thumbs up. But really the problem could have been avoided from the beginning. But I will still use uhaul for short distance moves anytime.

Everything was pretty good except getting charged for things I shouldn't have. When I picked up the truck I was informed that there was a dolly and blankets in it (I hadn't ordered either)- and as long as they were put back and the blankets were folded I wouldn't be charged for anything. We ended up getting charged anyway, for items that I didn't want to begin with and didn't use. I'm pretty irritated, but it's not worth calling to argue with someone over $8. Otherwise things were fine.

I received several calls from different UHaul personnel about picking up the vehicle. The communication between the site and central dispatch? wasn't very good. Also I was called to delay my pick-up time due to a lot of appointments but then was called a few times when I was slightly delayed about picking up the vehicle. The truck performed fine but would have been nice to have cruise control.
