Comments are for neither the pick up or drop off locations. Original pickup location was Chapel Hill Blvd! After many emails of confirmation of my reservation and availability of such, I arrived to find the equipment on site was defective and none other was available. This was after doing the advance checking to save time!!! After the lost time of at least one hour they were going to direct me to a further distance location. I suggested the Eubanks store which was much closer, and it worked. They said they would transfer the reservation to that location! That did not happen!!! When atEubanks, they had to manually re-enter the order, even with seeing on the system. All in all not a very positive process! My original pickup time was noon. Plenty of time for someone to notify me of the lack of equipment issue! Also, the lack of system flexibility to transfer my reservation to a different location when the problem was clearly Uhaul’s equipment was again time consuming and frustrating. Customer service was excellent, but the vehicles at the site were not the vehicles listed on the website. Would definitely use this location again but i wouldn't depend on the website. Super convenient location. Thank you

There were 5 people ahead of us and only one guy working who was running in to do paperwork and out to show people their trucks or trailers. We had to wait about an hour. If he had another person there, to do the running around, while he did the office work, it would have gone faster. He was very polite and fast, however, and got people processed as fast as he could. Perhaps there is always a morning rush as people pick up their rentals as we were the last in line.

I paid for furniture pads and there were none in the truck. I left a comment about it and have still not received a refund from U-Haul. Overall, the charge is not large ($10), but because I didn't have any padding, I scratched some of my furniture. I will be taking my business elsewhere next time I need to rent a truck.

We were over charged by 100 miles. Our daughter reported yesterday on this site, and email sent to her stated that they would have chapel hill storage check on this today. Our calls to them before they closed at 1pm today went to voice mail. our call to customer service via 1800 468 4285 was never answered after waiting on hold for 10 minutes. Listened to at least 30 repeated instructions to use this online review. Please don’t make us have to do any more inquiries for your mistake and credit our $100 over charge as soon as possible.

We had to drive all the way to Chapel Hill to return our truck and trailer and when we got there they were closed!! Closed at 1:00 pm. Then we had to go on Uhaul website to return it and it said it was going to charge us a bunch more money because the Uhaul was late when it was actually two days early. We were supposed to get a call from a Uhaul representative but never did. The truck leaked on the driver every time it rained, he was soaked and not happy at all. Would not recommend Uhaul to anyone!

I was issued the wrong vehicle and have not been able to contact someone to rectify the situation. I asked the employee several times if the vehicle issued was the right size I had requested and was told yes. The employee said he was new there.

i was over billed on my emailed receipt for this transaction. I sent an email requesting a reimbursement of the 10$ fee as I declined this both on line and in person yet was charged anyway. I have not heard back from anyone .
