Have them sign a contract before leaving the store like other Uhauls so there is no confusion on where the gas gauge was. Mine was on half and they charged me almost $65 for gas b/c they couldn't â€œrememberâ€ what it was on even though I was told 1/2 at the counter and verified that with my own eyes before pulling off. Now I've been waiting over 10 days for my refund b/c they are waiting for approval from someone who was supposed to be in the office 2x since we first spoke and I still haven't received any resolutions or refunds!!

Fast, Speedy rental
No WiFi and in a cell phone dead zone. Very difficult to connect to uhaul app. Other than that it was clean, friendly location and staff.
Be up front with extra charges i rented a footer $19,95only drove 72miles and was charged 108,00 dollars and i only kept truck for 4hrs.
Pick up and return was effortless. Quick service was what I needed in order to complete my job in the required time frame.

I need to talk to someone I refuse to pay what's on the invoice due to poor customer service.
Honestly, I would like a full refund of what I paid. The vehicle was dirty in the cab area, I couldn't drop the vehicle off in the city I moved to, upon return there was no Dropbox for key return, the mileage was off by 270 miles while entering mileage using app, the store manager never returned my call for the refund that I was due.
I rented the uhaul on Saturday and returned it Sunday and was charged $160 for an extra 4 days

Keep equipment clean and up to mechanical standards
The night before my move, I was told my truck was not available at the location I ordered. I was sent to the location (4817 Rozzellez Ferry Road in Charlotte, NC). I went to pick up the 20 foot U-Haul truck that I ordered and the truck was damaged upon arrival. The hood was popped and the battery was stolen / replaced with someone else's battery (it was installed backwards). The truck would not start, and if it did we would not have taken it given the fact it was broken into and damaged. I called U-Haul customer service and was told the area manager would call me to figure out a solution. Waited 15 minutes, no call. Called customer service back and was told to drive 10 minutes to another location (4124 Statesville Road in Charlotte,NC). Arrived at this location to receive a phone call that my truck was not at this location and sent me to a third location. The third location was another 10-15 minutes away (6161 Brokshire Blvd in Charlotte, NC). Arrived at this location and was told that the two trucks on the lot were already reserved for someone else and that they were not to be taken out of the state of NC (I am moving to SC). The order took a while to change / process and eventually my reservation showed up on the screen. We took the 26 foot truck (not the 20 foot truck I ordered, as none were available). I also did not get all the equipment I ordered online. Left this location to begin my move. I was scheduled to pick up the U-Haul at 9 am and did not get it until 3 locations and 2 hours later at 11 am. This severely delayed my move and caused issues with elevator reservations at my apartment. Now how I expected my morning to start when I booked / planned this weeks ago and prepaid all expenses. Not exactly smooth sailing. Pick up was a mess. Final location was a good location that I recommended, process leading up to finally getting the truck was poor.
