I dropped the truck off after hours so didn't have the opportunity to meet with anyone but the location was good and drop off after hours was fine

The process of picking up the moving van took a long time. When I was given the keys we never did a walk around of the van but when I got home to pack my stuff for my apartment the back of the van was extremely dirty and wet. Not suitable for some of items I was moving. I cleaned it out though for them. Also I filled the tank up to 7/8 with gas and then he charged me for more.

Very rude employee, an older man. Should not be able to service customers at this location. He is a disservice to the company. He tried to put extra charges for no reason. He cussed me out and attempted to kick me out. His point of all of this is the fact that he’s been working for the company for 25 years and knew what he was doing. I myself, was a uHaul dealer and know the system all too well. Bottom line, he was very rude and I will not recommend this location to anyone.

Faster service would be great. The manager or " boss man" as he calls it was rude. Moved very slow and talked over me while I was talking. This was not what I expected. I will not use this location again.

I was charged a $14 fee for the optional insurance but I was never asked if I wanted it. When I dropped off the truck and was given my receipt I noticed it on there so I asked to have it removed since I didn't consent to it but he wouldn't remove it. I'll never rent from here again.

There was red mud in the cargo area. I rented some moving pads and those were wet and sand covered.

When a customer puts that he declines the insurance on the reservation. Please follow the reservation. Or ask if customer wants to add it. Just dont sneak it on and say read the contract. Overall better communication to the customer.

The customer service was slow - I'm not sure if it was the owner that took care of us or who it was but he was not hospitable at all. Also, the location / building itself looks like an abandoned room that hasn't even been touched (wires completely exposed everywhere). You'd think UHAUL would have the money to provide nice clean updated buildings.

They over charged me for gas. I filled the gas up to past 1/2 on QT on Sunset Blvd (2 miles from U Haul) and the next day they said I only brought it back on 3/8 of a tank and charged me $17 for gas. Take photos of your odometer & gas hand before & when you return or you will get bamboozled. Not honest.

The gentleman that was assisting me was very nice, and he tried to be helpful, but the system would not let him check me in. I spent more than an hour at this location trying to pick up the trailer. I had checked in online to save time, but this was awful. Again, this was not the reps issue, but rather a u-haul system issue.

Very poor customer service to start and was overcharged on the rental rate along with being tagged with the full charge for Mileage. Very poor way to conduct business. Always was a uhauler but I'm switching to budget. I just received my final receipt from my rental on 01/11/18 and I have been over charged on two things. First, I rented a van. Should of been 19.95 rental, I was charged over 40. Second - I drove 26 miles, I set the trip from leaving the u-haul location. I was charged for the full 35 miles I listed as possible mileage. U guys mixed my info up with another customer i live in Missouri and I’m info has been compromised i called and reported the issue and u all still haven’t removed my info off this contract this is unethical

This location is dirty and smells like smoke. The older man at the counter refuses to provide paperwork for my transaction and insisted that I take a picture of his computer screen for my reference as a receipt instead. I wouldn’t refer this location to anyone I know.
