It smelled awful like sour mothballs and the counter person was very rude, and vary hard to understand. His accent was so heavy. I could barely understand what he was saying. He kept asking me do I understand. And would say, oh you should know this. Just rude! And the guy that was manning the trucks outside, his English was even worse. He couldn't even understand what we were saying to him. My Husband asked him if the truck had straps, and he look at us like we were crazy! Uggggggggh! Just awful! And to top it off I put too much gas back in the truck ($40.00) too much he saw this and I asked if he could credit my account he said it was my fault and could do nothing to help me!

Try maintaining the vehicles. Made reservation a week in advance. Arrived and the check oil light was on. Had to argue with the guy onsite that it needed to be addressed for almost 10 minutes. 5 quarts of oil later!!!! We were on our way. And on the way to drop off location the power steering pretty much became impossible. Got to the drop off location and started unpacking. 30 minutes later, see dark fluid dripping onto the driveway of the home we just started renting. (So thanks for that, sure it will stain and come out of our security deposit). Your trucks are awful. This experience just confirms what everyone else has told me about their experiences with you. Uhaul you are well on your way to becoming the moving company equivalent of Blockbuster (obsolete except for the awful customer service experiences you are leaving for us to loathe the necessity of moving).

Office is run down and cluttered. Only one person working at the counter. Owner kept saying if he knew he would be this busy he would set up a laptop and help (but he still did nothing but make comments). Truck had a broken moving box still in the cab and dirty paper on the floor. Check engine light was on when I received the truck but went off while I was moving. Return process was extremely easy.

I thought the man behind the counter was rude and gruff. The man who brought me the van was quite nice. The man behind the counter question how long I was keeping the van and how many mile i would be driving. He was also rude when he called me when i hadn't brought the van back promptly at the time HE told me to bring it back. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed the truck a couple more hours.

The truck was reserved on line—all questions answered, etc. When we arrived to pick up truck all of the application had to be completed again by th attendant (20 minutes). When it was complete we were told to take a picture of the application sometimes the email doesn’t work. The truck was in good order other the wiper blades were worn out and falling apart.

Waited 35 min for an incompetent person who knew how to work computer. Inefficient, slow, arduous process with ESL challenges. All who work there MUST be trained on how to work store computer POSS system.
