The breaks for the vehicle i rented, needs to be addressed
Sorry but there is a staffing issue at this location. I have rented lots of items from Uhaul and this has been the worse experience. Lots of things broken at this location, technology, staff is not trained properly, staff doesn't communicate well.
The manager gave me one price and I paid it and he didn't mention anything about a deposit. He told me that even after 5 pm I could drop the key off in the drop box. I did that and this morning I got charged doubled and was totally blind sided
There was an issue processing my credit cards at this location and it took up an hour of my time. I eventually had to use the app to pay and that payment went through and even then the dealer there was arguing with the UHAUL person on the phone that was confirming payment that he isnt seeing it on his system. All the cards he said were declined I have used them since and had no issues. In fact one I used the very next day to rent a return car that cost more than the UHAUL.
He was super professional and helpful. I parked the truck in a spot that blocked his other trucks from passing through. He called and I apologized and brought the key to the Uhaul drop off location as soon as I could. He was understanding and very, very, polite. Thanks again!
Everything was great! The gentlemen working had great human connection and understanding at this time during the pandemic. We need more people like him in our working society.
Have better customer service.
I arrived to rent vehicle and there was a sign on the door that said â€œMGR Closedâ€. There was a mechanic there working who refused to help me even though I explained that I had already checked in and purchased the truck through the mobile app and simply needed the key to the unit. He said â€œNo sirâ€ and continued moving vans and trailers around. I left with NO MOVING TRUCK and called customer service and while en route to another location and was placed on hold for the entire ride and then disconnected. The new location was unable to help because the system showed I already had an active contract. I called customer service back and spoke to someone who also placed me on for quite some time until I was randomly transferred to now my THIRD customer service rep. This rep called the original location and spoke with the mechanic and told me to go back and get the keys (from the same mechanic that told me no). I finally went back and like magic, the keys were waiting. I hired movers to help me move beginning at 1:00pm. This entire ordeal wasted an hour and a half of my day and more importantly, I paid an hour of labor for movers as they sat at my home waiting for me to finally get a moving truck. Never again.

Customer service is horrible just like all the reviews stated. Uhaul Customer service line was horrible as well, had to call 6 times with several dropped calls before I reached a live person that would transfer the call for it to ring and never be answered
My experience was the worst i was yelled at treated terrible. Given wrong information and inconvenience from being to end very disrespectful never using the location again i am writing to better business bureau if someone doent call me. Website indicated that we could purchase the use of a furniture dolly. This may not have been the fault of anyone at this specific Uhaul but we were unable to rent one at this location as it was unavailable.
Invoice was incorrect, gentleman didn't know how to correct it. No one in line, did online checkin and it still took 35 minutes to process at the location. In contrast, I got a second truck the same evening from another location - less than 10 minutes.
Took over an hour to get the truck, only one person working, I assume the owner, he was very cranky. Difficult location to come in and out of. Owner kept taking personal calls and complaining no one showed up to work. Complained about previous customers to anyone who would listen. Accused everyone of being mean, I think he confused frustrated with mean. I have rented quite a few trucks/trailers from Uhaul at various locations and this is by far my worst experience, I will never rent from that location again!
I was supposed to pick up a truck on Saturday, but when I arrived the truck had been rented to someone else. I got a truck on Sunday. The gas tank level did not match the form I was given and the rental agent did not mention that I should check this.
The worst customer service. The man who ran the place was horrible. Telling us we needed to do certain things. He's rude and cantankerous. I will never use this place again.

The owner was very rude. I made a reservation for 9:30 AM. The process took an hour which defeats the purpose of making a reservation. The two separate customers before me said the same thing. The U-Haul was very filthy. When I look at other U-Haulâ€˜s there, they all were just as filthy. I knew none of the U-Haulâ€˜s had been sanitized at all and he admitted it. I did not feel safe especially during this Covid 19 era that we're in. He showed no empathy and wasn't considerate of my concerns, to the point where he said you can take it or leave it. I will not give him my business anymore!

I went to this dealer to use a TM (10 foot truck) to move my bed frame and mattress, I rented and dropped off within 2 hours (I reserved it for five). The truck was muddy and smelled like cigarettes and the older gentleman that runs the establishment is RUDE and has some of the worst piss poor customer service I've ever encountered. Now granted I've worked for corporate UHaul and know that the dealers can be... interesting to work with sometimes, but he's so INCREDIBLY INCONVENIENT that I had to let other future folks who need moving trucks that there are MUCH better Uhaul stores and a few dealers that are SO much nicer. The tipping point for me was him hitting my window on my car (my own personal vehicle to yell at me for driving up to pick up my rental after hours) also I wanted to call to discuss the rental and be sure he had the lock because I left it in the truck bed. He didn't want to talk, â€œwhat you want?â€ and then asked me if I was getting a truck. So in short, don't call him, talk to corporate. Unless you're doing a rental, he only wants your business and he's going to be NASTY AND RUDE about it too. I don't need over the moon care and concern over a moving truck, just common freaking decency. Oh, and don't HIT PEOPLES WINDOWS.

The location was changed but was provided an extra 15 miles to make up for that...The truck I needed was not available but was provided the next size up.
NOT SATISFIED: Problem with the gas fill, gas is coming out when we fill ths gas..there is some leakage with pipe/tank.faced some problem in the night at gas station. Unable to fill the gas because of that and returned with not full tank.
