I found only one thing wrong my paper stated that it had 1/4 has when I got in it it only had 1/3 right above the e mark! I put 50 miles for security purposes I didn't go 50 miles yet I was charged for it!

The owner was very rude and inconsiderate. Also my truck was not starting and one of the workers started messing with stuff under my hood which I asked him to stop. He is lucky that I didn’t put in a complaint

When I booked this truck on the website, I declined the insurnace coverage. The shady people at pickup location added it on there without telling me and when I noticed it, they refused to refund me and said "sorry you signed for it." Also, the truck sounded like it was going to fall apart with every bump we hit and the cab smelled horrible.

Location did not mobile option set up. I had to go inside and it caused a delay. A fight almost broke out because of the u haul employee being rude and disrespectful. I should not pay for this experience. The worst ever!

I waited 45 minutes for the manager to get back as he was out for lunch from 1:30-3 when I had a confirmed pickup at 2:00pm. I was over charged for the item as the rep had to wait an extra hour for item to be picked up due to the hassle. I managed to get ahold of customer service to get them to handle the situation and was told I would be compensated for the mix up.
