The woman who assisted me told me wrong information about where I should have dropped off the truck. I told her that when I reserved the truck online, I saw no options about where the drop-off would be. I told her that I could return it to the pick-up location if need be, but that it would be easier if I could drop it off at a location closer to where we were moving. She said, “yeah it’s a one-way so just take it to any U-Haul location.” Before leaving, I asked again to make sure I could drop the truck off at any U-Haul location, which she confirmed. The rental was actually coded as a local rental, so I was charged significantly more than I expected to be after dropping it off at the “wrong” location. I expected to be charged about $65-70 and was actually charged $230. I am very disappointed in my experience and would recommend others against using this location in the future.

You gouge your customer with mileage and fees. “29.95” very misleading 22.00 an hour to rent a truck is rediculous, haven’t used U-Haul in year, but have never spent that much and got it for the whole day not in hour blocks for more Money

This was the WORST experience ever - you owe me time, money and an apology. I've talked to numerous people, all with low skill level and unable to get anything accomplished. Now, my U-box delivery is delayed three days and I can't get ahold of anyone to resolve this. You owe ME MONEY. I will be reporting this.

The lady at the desk was great, however she had no one to help her check in, clean up , park, attach trailers, etc... it’s Very difficult to do a great job for the constant flow of customers, when you are a 1 person show. Person that was there with her earlier, did nothing for 4 hours and left her. She really needs help!!!!

This is a very nice U-Haul location but I was very disappointed in this location’s customer service. I had a reservation for 9:00 AM and I had to stand and wait in line for over an hour before I was even seen. This caused me to be 2 hrs. behind with my moving. There were only two people working. One was a manager and he got lost for about a good 45 minutes but I do applaud the young lady that was working because she tried her best to get everyone in and out. Saturdays are too busy for them to only have two people working. Nice place but they are very very slow.

The service was slow and there were many times I felt the representative did not know what he was doing. There were multiple people waiting around and we're concerned that we would be late for our various jobs. I will try my best never to go back to this location.

The UBOX was in poor condition when it arrived. The hinges on the door were not aligned and the lock loop was bent. When we tried to get the lock free the loop broke.

terrible service. rented a tow dolly and had it hooked up by a employee. they forgot to tighten the ball and the trailer came off of my tow hitch while i was loading up the car. let them know about it and they ignored it like it was not a big deal. avoid this location at all cost

after finding s uhaul place that was opened after 5 and riding around for 30 mins with a car and uhaul I found a uhaul location that stay opened until 7 and he gave me a uhaul and told me to call cust care for a refund of some of my monies... again needless to say a manager haven’t called me nor just about my experience but most importantly my gun that was stolen out the uhaul truck(NOTHING IS IMPORTANT TO YOU) and I would like a call back bc my experience was the worst in the world

Pros: Friendly people, but overstretched. Special cudos for 1 employee (Arty), who patiently worked to help me finally set up the online pickup account successfully. He actually worked outside the office & encourage me to call ahead if I still felt uneasy about the online pickup system working for me since initially pick up was scheduled for almost mid night. Instead I arrange later to leave work early to come Friday around 9p during closing time. Since someone was still there at arrival, I was able to receive a vehicle directly. My rate was what I expected based on quotes and at return so all ended well there. Also they alert me that I had left my license at the desk. I had already drove home, but thankful all the same for them informing me. Cons: After hour lockbox online system set up was as much a mystery for the employees as it was for me. Several personnel tried and it took almost an hour before getting a proper set up confirmation . There has to be a simpler process than this to set up and sync a site account to your online pick up system. Also in returning the Uhaul van, I was shocked by what I witnessed. This was a SATURDAY! A prime time I would think for movers and there was only 1 female managing the entire counter and center. There was at least 2 men and others floating on the grounds during the weekday when I arranged for pick up. Where's help for the weekend? The young lady had to suggest self check out to those with online accounts just for expediency. No one was on the grounds, so I walk through online steps the best I could, using online instructions. Vehicle check ins once use to be handled by the personnel with customers simply looking on. Now the burden is getting placed on the customer without little choice or incentive, as no discount offered for time spent checking trucks in. Obviously this had ro be overwhelming for the one employee and there should be more than 1 person to turn to on a busy Saturday. God's favor (Since I really do not believe in mere luck) on finding a balance and thank you for simply being available to serve the purpose of thousands on the move each year in the area.
