This was not my selected drop off location. This was an alternate location ASSIGNED BY UHAUL with 25 hrs notice. The location SPARE TOOM SELF STORSGE has VERY poor appearance and is a rather remote location where AT&T doesn't even have cell coverage. There were a large number of moving blankets piled out in the open, in the grass. I couldn't reach the proprietor to find out any drop off information andcsincevthere was no cell coverage I did the best I knew to do. I assumed they would be open at 4 pm on a Saturday. Instead I was left with no cell signal trying to figure out what to do. It was a very dissapointing experience. Then the proprietor called me the next day to complain and tell me the blankets weren't folded and was going to charge me $25 to fold 18 blankets(6 unused blankets were still folded). This was my 3rd Uhaul rental in 30 days . No one had ever told me we must refold the pads and I had not refolded them the prior 2 rentals and I was never charged nor did anyone say I should have folded them. I therefore didn't know. Apparently it's in the fine print, but uhaul should make this clear. It would have taken 5 minutes to fold 18 furniture pads. Based on this experience I won't rent from uhaul again.

The Dreamscape location that was selected could not take the truck back as they said they were not operative yet. I had to back track to another location and was charged for going over my mileage by 9 miles. Doesn't seem right that I was charged extra when Uhaul listed a place that is not up and running yet

Got a phone call one day before my turn in date and gentleman stated I had to turn in the truck by 1pm as he had it rented. I got it to him within 1hour only for him to tell me he made a mistake and I was right it was due the next day. Day later he called and ask if i had picked up the truck and i stated no. So not sure what caused him to call me looking for the truck.

The pick-up location was 32 miles round-trip from my selected location. This cost me an additional $34 for the day. This is the second time u-haul has changed locations the day of the reservation which cost me additional mileage expense. I'll give u-haul one more chance... if I have the same experience, I will not use them again.

Would recommend because it is the only U-Haul rental near by and because the rep was helpful once we found him. The rep was not at the rental location when we arrived and his phone would not take messages and did not provide information as to when he would return. A simple message on the door or a voice mail would have been helpful.

The location was not staffed during normal business hours. I had to wait a long time for someone to arrive. When they did arrive they claimed that I did not have a reservation. Very sloppy.

Employee was 30 mins late, had an attitude, and did not check out the vehicle so we ended up making a 60 mile move with a shredded tire which could've caused up to have an accident

The proprietor was attentive and helpful. This appeared to be a very low volume location and I was in and out in a very short time.

The gentleman was very nice and helpful, but when we arrived no one was there. The building was open and another customer was on the phone trying to locate someone. He arrived from running an errand and completed our rentals fairly quickly . I completed the express check-in and still had to do paperwork so don't see any advantage to it.

The location had an emergency and was closed, we needed physical help and it was closed, bur we understand that these these things happen. Another customer helped us! He was waiting too.

Pick up site office was full of clutter and had the feeling of being dirty. Because we were traveling to Florida, I asked if the trailer leaked. I was told that it had been sitting out in the rain for the past couple of days and it was dry as a bone. The trailer leaked badly. I tried to fix it, but was unable to get all the leaks. Was also given 6 blankets to use. Several of them were wet and moldy. I see no reason to use Uhaul in the future.

Upon setting up a contract with Uhaul, the representative told me that I could take advantage of a months free storage. The manager of my drop off locationsaid that he did not participate in this "program" and he did not know of anyone else in the area who did. So iade other arrangements for storage not giving Uhaul or it's affiliates the business. I called him back when we were done with the trailer, no one answered. So I left a message and went on by the location and dropped off the trailer without any instruction or safety. Not pleased with this location.

Got charged for $140 for 5 days late charges when I drop the trailer off a day early. Now having to wait for GM to call me back and check tapes to get my money back. Have used haul many time working in construction and never had this happen before. Now even though they walked out of the house next door and told me were to park the trailer but I guess was to lazy to check it in the next morning so now I have to be without my money in til a GM can review. This is so uncalled for and is just really upsetting.
