You changed my order by not including the dollies and blankets I ordered and never communicated that to me. Will not be using U-Haul in the future. Get out of the 1980s in customer service.
Michael N.The ENTIRE pick-up process that UHaul has is unacceptable. When booking the online reservation, I was given the choice: mobile app or in an office. I chose an office. However, when I arrived...there was NO office. So, one would expect a small hurdle, right? No. You all needed references or lease agreements or passports to get the keys. Who has a LEASE AGREEMENT at a lock box at a gas station?? WTF. The entire experience was terrible because of a serious lack of communication and setting of expectations during the reservation process. I doubt I will use UHaul again.

John O.The check in process was unclear and could only be accomplished after spending nearly an hour on hold. I had an awful experience. The online check in simply does not work, everyone who was there was dealing with the same issue.
