Area was small and not a lot of room to park as lot was almost full. Location was very close to where we unloaded though

I'm not sure there is anything you could do to improve - Jerome is friendly, customer-service oriented, courteous, helpful and just an all around great guy. The whole experience was very pleasant!

Hard to get to from major interstates as well as difficult to navigate from this location back to the interstates. It is out of the way. The app worked fine for us during the rental process but the Uhaul website needs major improvements in its performance and efficiency.

Jerome Macon called me 2 days after I returned the Haul truck I rented. He accused me of using blankets and leaving them unfolded. I assured him that we did not use the moving blankets/pads as we have several of our own pads/blankets. We moved new, boxed appliances during our rental. I am under the impression that someone gained access to the truck over the weekend. (truck is easily accessible by neighborhood kids, vagrants etc.) We tried to talk with him about this but he was extremely rude, accusatory and belligerent. We will never do business with this location again. Ultimately, we were charged 6 x $5.00 for blankets because someone got into the truck over the weekend and played with the blankets. Ultimately, he lost a customer - and I will be sure to tell everyone about the newer, larger, more professional UHaul location that recently opened on Dalton St.

I had made a reservation with my credit card, and then when I went to the place the reservation was, it was not ready, they told me to come back at 4 it was originally at 3, and then when I went back at 4, they said that the truck was at a different location, and then when I finally went to the location where it was supposed to be, they charged me $185 when it was only supposed to be $116...I am very disappointed in uhaul

Not a thing.

This location was OK. It was a little difficult to get out of the parking lot. As I was arriving at the original location to pick up the truck rental, I received a text message from UHaul stating that there was a location change. While extra miles were added, I did not receive the $50 location and date guarantee from UHaul. That is not a reflection of the pickup location but UHaul. There is no section of this survey to add comments about UHaul as a company.

The bait shop that U-haul worked through was unkempt and not inviting. Past that, the gentleman running the store ignored me for several minutes while on a personal call. After he hung up, he talked to the male friend who had come with me, despite being redirected to talk to me, having my name on the contract, and using my card to pay. Midway through the transaction, he began talking to my friend about fishing lures with my friend still trying to redirect the conversation towards me. Once we got the truck, another gentleman swept it out and gave us the keys without any issues.
