Terrible COVID protocols. I expected this to be a curbside-type experience since I was renting a trailer. Instead, I had to go inside a small space packed with people, wait in line 7-people deep, and go through the manual check in process despite all was arranged and prepaid online. Several employees had masks on around their chins. Picked up the Motorcycle Trailer after calling ahead to ensure ready to go. It was not. Specifically it had not been pulled out, and it was covered with 12" snow and ice which added 10 min to the transaction for it be partially cleared off. I then had to take trailer home and finish cleaning it off. Finally, the return process needs a revamp. I had to wait out on the street blocking traffic (there is only 1 lane) until I could pull onto the lot. This was because a worker decided to fully clean a returned panel truck under the tent rather than clear the drop off lane. Several customers and the employee Jeff complained. Ridiculous.

U-Haul facilities is a an excellent facility but the access (entrance) is blocked by persons dropping off or picking up vehicles or trailers. If the access were wider for vehicles to move this would make this place an excellent facility

At both pick up and drop off locations, the personnel was excellent in assisting me with securing the trailer and unhitching. As a lone lady, I could not have performed either myself. Safety and thoroughness was their first priority, and personal customer service was as well.
Everyone is always courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this location, its the only one I go to. The Sharonville team is Awesome!

OK firstly I gave poor ranking only because the website description of the 12 x 6 trailer with a ramp is not very clear. The inside dimensions is 12 x 6 but the ramp entrance is only 4‘9“. Because I was picking up a lawn tractor that trailer now was not going to work. Didn't find out until the trailer was hooked up but the representative pointed out the smaller entrance dimension after I asked the side dimension was 6 feet. I had to go with a regular 12 x 6 trailer without the gate in order to be able to pick up the lawn tractor. The representative was very helpful in solving the solution and gave me a break on the price because I had to go pick up wood boards to make a ramp. It's not the stores fault it is the websites fault that it's not clear that the entrance is only 4‘9“ into a 6 foot wide trailer. That needs to be fixed. Otherwise I would give five stars overall for this store.
The truck was not well maintained. I will check Pensky Truck first the next time I need a rental truck.

Wheel bearings must be bad on the trailer i rented......could not pull over 45mph, or violent shaking and vibrating occurred.....was Not safe to use the trailer.....we did Not use it for moving our items.....
