When I dropped off the truck at the postal express and more location at 711 W Shaw Ave Clovis CA . I made sure that the truck was almost full of gas and the gentleman at the location decided to charge me almost $20.00 for gas, but what he doesn’t know is that I recorded how much gas I left in the truck so if you really care about your customers do something about it my name ‘s Howalt Mazariegos

The gentleman at the Shaw/Willow location was helpful. My issue was with the reservation process. Original reservation was made with 6116 Blackstone for a 26' at 1:00 but they did not have any trucks available. I was told the only truck available was a 17' at this Postal Express location. Which is farther out. So my contract was moved over. I arrive at the Willow/Shaw location and still no truck. The gentleman there said it would not be until 3:30. So I had to come back again. In which time he gave me a number to call the Clovis area manager for a credit on my contract. Manager called me back and said the credit approval would have to come from the Fresno area manager. I have not heard from the Fresno area manager.

Don't know if there is anything to be done about it but, my son did some tight maneuvering to get the truck out its parking slot in the narrow alley with out hitting a wall or the trucks parked on either side of it. 'Narrow' is relative to the space needed to get a 16" UHaul truck out of its slot in an alley. All other details were just fine. Thank you.

Well I was due a $24.70 refund which has yet to be refunded to my account 2 days later . Does it usually take a few days because it was due back on Oct2nd?

I use the pickup for catering and therefore it needs to be clean. It was not. I had to take it to a full service car wash to get it presentable.

The truck dash and cup holders were really dusty, the windshield was really dirty and the most important part was that the transmission was going out on the truck. It wouldn't shift the way it was supposed to. It eventually did but it was still slipping the majority of the time and really loud. Please fix so the next person is not stranded on the side of the road.

Customer Service employee was named Benjamin. He was very rude and refused to inspect the truck with me. When I inspected the truck, the dolly and moving pads were missing. I advised him and he said that I wanted it documented so I would not get charged. He got very irritated and rude. When I received the bill, they charged me for gas and I called because I took a pic of the gas gage and they said that it doesn't matter. I also advised them that I drove 15 miles not 17.6 and I was told well you should of looked at the mileage prior to me leaving and I advised him that I'll pay the extra 2 miles but I will not pay the 10.00 in gas. He said that he was not going to argue with me and hung up on me! Never rent from this uhaul!! They are rude and they are thieves!!!

I had to rent a truck twice in a 2 week period and both times I returned it there was an issue with the gas level. I was charged $13.50 for 3 gallons of gas and the second time the man there tried to charge me again for gas when i filled it up above the level it was rented to me. NOT happy with the customer service at this location.

Drop off location was not our 1st pick; not even our 2nd pick, but drop off was found. However, a roving security guard had to tell us where the other Uhauls were, behind the building. Main problem was with the turn in app: it would not accept our photo of our parking place no matter how many times we tried. Had to contact Uhaul to complete turn in.

Was not given a lock and key and store clerk did not do any pre inspection, was on his Bluetooth the whole time with customers calling in and was given key and that's it
