Owner was there when I returned the u-haul and was very polite and knowledgeable.

The people renting to us had our truck there and ready for us. They immediately asked us if we're picking up and if they could help us.

If at all possible, AVOID THIS LOCATION. I would give it 0 stars if possible. After checking reviews for this location I tried to avoid it but this is where u-haul told me to pick up the truck I needed so I did. I showed up at 3:30pm, 30 minutes before my reservation at 4pm, to get paperwork out of the way. There was someone ahead of me there to pick up his truck. After 2 hours of the guy at the counter calling dozens of uhaul contacts he finally gave the guy his truck. I left the store at 5:30pm, 90 minutes after my scheduled reservation, no offer to extend my reservation for the time lost or covering the miles for my in town move, that's fine, just wanted to get out of there and get my stuff moved. I drove a total of 14 miles. I put 1.5 gallons back in the truck, the the gas needle was slightly past when I picked it up. I dropped the truck off and the lady that looked the truck over marked the gas Guage at half a tank, when it was clearly past the middle line by a good 1/4 inch gap, charging me $11 for gas. Will never allow u-haul to give me a reservation here again. I don't know how they can screw up such a simple process so badly, from both a business and customer service view.

They needed to call the main uhaul office to get my contract settled. Then the office over charged me $30. I was told it would be refunded only after I called customer service. I still haven't seen the refund.

The staff needs training on receiving equipment; the fuel was recorded as 3/8's of a tank and it was on empty. The truck was dirty with muddy footprints, which was no problem for me but could have been for others. The staff could not complete the contract in a timely manner and I was delayed for more than an hour waiting for them to get help with Uhaul IT and the district manager. I was not given a contract that represented the actual rental agreement. I left the truck with 1/4 tank of fuel even though it was on empty, at the request of the district manage: "Dean"

Gave us a truck with damaged area around light in top which let in rain and ruined part of the load. We are furious. Never had this poor service from U-Haul, ever!

I can only compliment them.
