The truck was filthy inside and out. It had not even been swept out. The cab was disgusting. The last user was apparently a very heavy smoker, because it reeked of smoke. No attempt whatsoever to clean the cab. It had considerable damage to the driver side skirt. I had no choice but to go ahead and rent it seeing how it was the truck that they had available. I mean the only one. The fuel gage was not accurate either. The contract said that it was full, when in all reality it was 1/8 below the full. Not too happy about the whole experience. Unfortunately, I was out of time to go somewhere else.

The issue we had at this location is that their computer system was down and it took over 30 mins to do check in and they had not warmed up the truck or anything, infact they did not do a walk around inspection or anything, my husband did it himself.

The truck was dirty, and it had no fuel also had to stop and put oil in motor it ran poorly was not happy, up keep on truck very poor!

These people do not know the slightest bit about anything that has to do with U Haul. I waited an hour and a half to get the keys to the truck because they weren't ready for me to pick it up at 8 AM when it was scheduled 3 days before. I called uhaul customer service 3 times and they all didn't care at all and transferred me somewhere that was closed 3 TIMES. The forth person I got on the phone and got the job done finally after an hour and a half. This location shouldn't be able to be an authorized uhaul dealer. The customer service people also need to be more helpful and not rude. This didn't happen once or twice, but THREE times I was transferred when I TOLD THEM NOT TO and I told them the number they were transferring me to was closed. My phone number is 419 788 7427, I wish I had the names of the horrible employees but I don't. If you can look it up by my phone number to see who I spoke with on Sunday August 27th from 8-9:30AM then I would consider coaching them on their skills. The last person I spoke with got the job done within 5 minutes. I find it hard to believe the others "weren't able to". One rep told me this wasn't uhaul's issue which obviously it particailly was. A manager already has called me and helped me a little with my troubles but I just want to make this known so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. This is the worse experience with any company of any sort.

Weird experience. Clerk did not really have the hang of what he was doing and I felt like something was "up" the entire time I was there. Also, there was no printer - was told I would receive a confirmation email and I did not, nor have I received my refund yet since there were no furniture pads for me to use, that I had paid for. Needless to say I was glad to leave and go pack up my house.
