This business really shouldn't be associated with UHaul at this point. Not sure if the issues are COVID related, but it was listed on the UHaul webpage as an option for in-person rentals - it is not. Essentially unstaffed and disinterested in handling rental issues.

It took way to long to put the information in on the site. The site was confusing. Made a hour job a 4 hour job. I had to call 3 different numbers for the pin to get the key because the one they sent was wrong. And to top everything off, i had to pay for parking! Idk why they dont have an designated place for customers to park for free.....
Someone needs to be more accessible when there is an issue. My issue was concerning the app not accepting my phone # and wasn't going to let me proceed to finalize the checkout and when I called was put on hold and told wait time is more than 20 minutes. I had already been told by the storage facility attendant they no longer handle any of the U-Haul transactions it is all done via U-Haul app. But when I done the pre checkout when reserving the truck it said I needed to bring certain things for the attendant. But she did call U-Haul for me and found out that uhaul's system was the issue. Then I went back to the app and it had proceeded to the next screen and I was able to complete the process but it was very frustrating. Maybe the Covid-19 is a lot to blame for not being able to reach someone, maybe just trying to go all internet and so many transactions processing at once was the issue I don't know but certainly hurts a business when the customer keeps getting dropped from the transaction several times while trying to process (as I did also) and nobody there to help or answer questions
Make the check in process (for example picking up the rental vehicle) more easier, using the mobile app was aggravating and navigating thru the website was even more frustrating. Did reach out to phone reps which tried to help with my situation but were still not able to do anything. When the time came for the office of the facility to open, the front desk associate was less than helpful. Felt like she was more glued to her phone than helping me out or another customer who was having the same issues as I am. After another phone call for assistance, was able to figure out how to pick up my rental truck which was now 3 hours behind from what I initially planned. I decided to help out the other customer who just wanted to know how to pick up her keys so they would not be stuck without any help. I would really advise to fix major issues with the app or make the mobile website easier instead of having to load the same drivers license picture 20 times before you give up on using it.
Worst moving experience I have ever had. The app did not work and when I was experiencing problems, there was no customer support. I tried to enter the uhaul office that was supposed to be open at 9:30. It did not open until 10:30 because the â€œattendant was late.â€ I deserve a full refund, as well as the other applicants that were having issues.
The return process was a struggle. The online portal wasn't working correcty.
It would be nice to know the price of parking your car in the same lot as the truck while you use it. Ended up being an expensive lot. Not the end of the world though.
The van was absolutely amazing. Didn't smell like smoke like past vans and trucks I've rented from other places. Completely satisfied!
It was frustrating that this location was closed and did not include the equipment that I requested. I had to drive across town to pick up the new equipment, and return the equipment to a different location.
The right side view mirror would not stay in place. it was useless. I was very nervous driving the truck.

The customer service was extremely sub par. The van smelled of cat urine or worse and was absolutely filthy. I will not recommend U-Haul.

Horrible. Over charged me 60$ for gas fee instead of simply saying hey don't forget to fill up the 10-14 miles you used. But no. Let's chqrge me 60$ And THEN tell me what i COULD Have done. Making a 45$ fee turn into over 100$. This was the worst experience I've ever had.
The only thing was that the check engine oil light came on half way into my journey. But all in all it was a wonderful experience

Not U-Haul's fault.. but customer before us was over an hour late. We had to sit and wait on them to return half an hour past our pick up time. We were on a schedule to pick up furniture at specific appointment times and it set our whole day back. The rep said we couldn't get checked in and pay and do paperwork while we waited for them to return so we had to wait then do it after and wait some more.
Tim was very professional. This place is a Self Storage facility and is very well maintained.
Staff was extremely rude and threatening. Harassed constantly about returning the vehicle well before the time it was due. Unfriendly and unnecessary.
I paid for two dollies with my truck, a furniture dolly and a regular dolly, neither were in the truck when I picked it up..I tried to call the U-Haul customer service number but was on hold for 15 minutes before I gave up.
We had to return the van because the measurements given online did not mention that the wheel wells on the van took up a significant amount of floor space! But the service we were given at this location was very good
The drop off process was extremely difficult. I spoke with three different Uhaul representatives and none could provide any information. I was on hold for an extended period of time and finally just gave up.
I was instructed to return the truck to this location but there was no key drop and after calling customer service I was forced to bring back the truck the next morning during business hours.
