The Uhaul order conveniently shows the pickup time but does not mention drop off time, instead listing only the drop off date. Customers like me then assume any time on that date is good, only to later find out that we are charged $40 for being late. This is misleading and should be corrected. I've complained about this to David Christensen to no avail. Apparently the drop off time is listed in the fine print of an attachment receipt, which seems to me, is intentional to collect the extra $40 from trusting customers.Rama L.

maybe when a customer rents equipment for mobile pick up, to be sure it's received, make sure it's in there. for your end have a deadline of when to reserve equipment if a customer does do the mobile pick up. although it was easy to get a refund, i had to go to another town to pick up missing equipment.randee R.
Mobile app is difficult to use. We had to enter the same information multiple times. The mobile process also took way too long. Took us 20-30 min before we could leave at the end of the process. The lock on the back of the truck was difficult to use as it was too small for the area it was locking in to.Richard D.
I attempted to drop off at this location as per instructions and was declined and told that I had asked for one way. This was not reflected on my agreement. I was treated terrible by Uhaul customer service on phone and they refused to resolve situation and I had to reinstall trailer myself and transport to other location on my own. I should have been paid by uhaul for the transport as the lady on phone threatened to charge me more if I didn't do this as the location couldn't accept.Jason F.

Location was fine but it was closed when I got there. Had to drop keys. I wasn't aware I had to get a uhaul account on my phone set up before I could drop the keys. Would have been nice to know this before was hot as ..... and was dead tired from the move I had to take pictures of the truck and upload them. Made sense better to have pictures than not but was just blazing hot and took longer than I thought.Samuel G.
The representative for pickup (female) was courteous and helpful. However, when I returned the trailer a different representative (male) was there. He huffed when I he saw I had a trailer for drop off. He told me Uhaul isn't supposed to send trailers there because they don't have enough parking to store them and they have no way to move them. I explained that I picked it up there. He just repeated that Uhaul isn't supposed to send them trailers. He completed the paperwork and told me to put it in one of the parking spaces. He didn't offer to help unhook the trailer or help me navigate it into the parking spot. He didn't even come outside. I do not recommend sending any trailers to this location because half of the staff is not interested in the business or assisting customers with unhooking. For reference, this is a 6x12 tandem axle trailer. It isn't unmanageable, but a tiny bit of counterweight would be nice. I won't accept this location in the future for *any* Uhaul rentals. Maybe my expectations are out of line with what Uhaul normally expects, but no other location is like this for drop offs.Tommy B.
This is a storage company where U-haul is a side business. The parking area is tiny and not easy to drop off the trailer. Separately from the locations, we rented a 6 x 12 trailer and there is no jack on that hitch and it weighs a bunch. I had to get help to lift it off the hitch. This could be dangerous.Dennis M.
