I had to wait for drop off person and so I finally just left vehicle keys with cashier. I never got final bill emailed but week later I get email that says I was charged 25 cleaning fee?

Mgr. did not write up all damages to truck and did not enter damages into there computer . So the next place would know what was damaged on vehicle. Also mgr. did not have me sign contract on rental to make a valid agreement and myself responsible for all that was damaged during rental.

Had gone by store to verify rental pick-up time. When day and time arrived, had to wait for someone to be called in so we could pick-up. U-Haul available hours do not seem to be covered properly. Also, was missing some of the extra items we had reserved, i.e. appliance dolly and not enough moving blankets.

the lady that assisted me did not seem very knowledgeable about how to use your software. I kept having to point out things while she was putting in my data due to her not seeing where to put it. at one point she mistakenly thought the option "example license" was what my actual drivers license was supposed to look like and questioned why my actual license picture didnt look like the one on screen. Overall, i got the dolly. it just took way longer than i feel was necessary. Also, on top of that (and this part may not necessarily concern you guys), before we left we decided to get gas from the location as we had a long drive ahead. well after pumping our gauge didnt move in the truck, so we were concerned the pump didnt provide fuel as there were several others around that had bags over them stating they shouldnt be used. when we went inside to speak to someone about this, the same woman who rented me the dolly as it turned out, she immediately called us "mother fucking thieves" and stated it wasnt possible the pumps didnt dispense gas, she didnt even bother to listen to what we had to say. now in the end it did turn out to be our gas gauge, however that was no reason for her to react like that.

We had a truck reserved for 10 am. we were there at 10 a.m. clerk on duty did not know how to release truck, not her fault. not properly trained. she called the owner and he told us he would be there at 11:15. It was pouring down rain and we had loaders waiting on us to show up with truck. now really. we were suppose to wait almost an hour and a half on him. what good is a reservation like that. we called uhaul and ask to pick up truck at another location but that didnt work. unfortunately we prepaid for this. finally the clerk was told by uhaul to give me the key. i reserved 10 blankets. they only had 2 and a mattress cover rolled up in a bag. had to drive 20 miles out of our way to get more blankets. this u haul dealer is the most unprofessional and unorganized i have ever seen. i have used u haul many times in my 20 year military career. this dealer is a poor representative of your company. i will still use u haul but never from this location again. even the clerk said this happens a lot.

The location was great. I reserved the trailer over the phone through the call center. When i arrived the gentleman there was very busy . He found that the order wasn't put in correctly. He called the corpret office to get them to correct. He got hung up on 3 times with the dispatcher refusing to correct. Wasted over an hour of my time. The gentleman at the location even though swamped with customers still took the time to correct my order and get me on my way.
