The UHaul intranet locked up, double charged me and I had to wait 2 hours. Texas building did good. UHAUL billing sucks. Customer support said I have to wait a couple days and the other charge will fall off, but it hasn’t yet....

The location was changed late in the day on Monday and when I called the company they said there would be no issues the morning of pickup. The pickup of the truck went smooth but we had ordered 60 furniture pads and the location did not have them. So we had to wait until they located a location with the required number. That took about 20-30 minutes that was charged against us on delivery of the truck. Plus we had to drive three miles across town to the location where the pads were, adding another 10 minutes of travel. Then the route we chose was not the "optimal" route but it was the easiest, and turns out the fastest because there was an accident on the "optimal" route. Also the truck we were issued had over 111,000 miles and it handled poorly, had trouble going up hills with a full load, and had issues with the suspension.

The lady was very nice but it took too long to drive out of there with my equipment.

UHaul representative did not know how to use the computer to expedite the process. We were there for more than 30 minutes and were on a very tight timeline which caused us to have to pay extra for manpower to load our belongings. Representative was rude and extremely inefficient. Location is very unprofessional. Entrance and road in very poor condition. We will not return to UHaul in this location and will more than likely use a different rental in the future.
