Many problems with this experience. Truck reserved wasn't available at the original place I reserved it so had to travel further to pick up. Location didn't have the same business hours so I had to wait until they opened to get the truck. Had less than 1/2 tank of gas so couldn't travel as far without refueling. Also got charge for extra mileage, but since I had to travel further to get the truck my estimated mileage wasn't correct.
