The lady told me she wasn't going to charge for an extra day of her holding onto the truck but now my mom's credit card has $100 charge plus for late fees which I was not late at returning the truck I got the truck back on time to the storage place where I had set up to drop off

Lots of warnings, red cones, and blockage due to COVID. "No entry" signs, etc. Very fear-based location either advertising COVID was on the premises or fearful we had COVID. Not the best first impression for customer service. Should not be in customer service during COVID if there is fear.

Be clearer that the 1 month storage is ONLY for U-haul storage units and they must be available. Lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful
