Even though I had reserved the truck I still had to wait almost a half hour to get it. There was only 1 person working that morning and several customers in line.

U-Haul in Crum Lynne was great however the overall experience was not. I reserved my truck at 12:30 a few days before and I got a text saying that my reservation was changed to 2:30 p.m. because the person who had the truck extended the time. That was very unfortunate and very costly to me because I had to wind up taking a smaller truck which I had to pay more than $25 in gas and use up more time and pay more money to my help because I had to make more than one trip. I have not been compensated for the extra money that's taken away from me because this mishap. I feel that once the truck has been reserved that the other person who is reserving it or has the truck need to return the truck one time for the next person who had made Advanced plans to use it the experience was great at Crum Lynne but I doubt very much if I use U-Haul again because it made my experience very costly and please note that I've used U-Haul the many many years.

Guy working mumbled the entire time at pickup, the windshield wiper on the driver side came off multiple times in the rain and the girl when I returned seemed like she didn’t want to work

They charged me twice, I believed I was lied to and miss led. I asked if I was going to be charged extra and told no. Two days later I noticed a charge. For what I'm going to find out when I call the cops.

I was charged for a dolly that I was never provided, after I brought it to the attention of the sales person when I returned the truck I was assured I would receive a final bill with the dolly charge taken off, received my final bill today and the dolly charge was still on there

Amor the store manager is very friendly and courteous. Ensures your needs are met all the time I deal with him. I drive past 3 other facilities to go deal with him as he truly knows what great customer service is

There were problems with locating the key for my van. Was given 10' truck instead, inconvenient but got the job done. Was given van mileage rate, so I am very satisfied with my transaction, but will call ahead before I come to pick up rental next time to make sure vehicle is ready when I arrive.

Nothing. I was properly greeted upon entering the store and was asked if I needed my contract now or wanted it email. I said, I would like it now and the agent immediately went to check the mileage and walked around the truck and promptly returned with my receipt/contract.

I inspected the first vehicle I received and then it wouldn't start so I had to get a new contract to rent another truck that had just come in. The fuel gauge looked a little bit off the mark but everything else seemed in order so I unfortunately drove off the property without asking for an adjustment. When I went to top off the tank after having driven a total of 13 miles on a "full tank" I ended up adding almost 5 gallons. I mentioned this to the staff member on site at drop-off and the person was really sorry for the error but couldn't reimburse me. The whole issue could have been avoided if I had gone back in to adjust the fuel gauge on my contract before leaving initially but it would be nice to do business with a company that gives it's workers the flexibility to make common sense adjustments when the situation is warranted. The staff were friendly enough and the extra fuel costs were insignificant in the grand scheme of things but the experience ended up feeling quite negative compared to what I have come to expect when doing business with Uhaul.

the truck was not mechanically sound,all over the road on highway , brakes noisy , banging noise in front-end , truck should be retired too many miles !

I wanted to pick up this trailer in Wilmington Delaware I paid additional $60 sales tax because I can pick it up around the corner from where I lived

Reimburse customers when the truck has mechanical/electrical issues. Afterall, customers are charged when they create issues such as accidents, truck damage, etc. It is not fair to receive a poorly operating truck during your move. A move is stressful enough so to add to it with bad, is worst.

the brakes on my truck was so bad they kept squealing really loud and it was very hard to stop. I just wonder why you would rent a truck out in this condition because it is very unsafe.
