Make sure you get a receipt when you return your rental. We rented a trailer for less then 5 hours. When we returned the trailer the associate did not do whatever was necessary to mark our trailer returned. Monday morning my husband noticed a charge on his credit card for 2 additional days.

Amar only let me have the truck for two hours that was terrible because i went somewere else after renting from you i picked up at 930 waited in line for 45 minutes and he gave me hard time.

I rent a vehicle 3 times a year on average. I know this location well and should be in the system. When I arrived at 3:30 on a Friday, one worker left and Sediki was on by himself. He had computer problems, two additional customers waiting and I got a truck with a soft tire. I was late getting to my move. I believe 2 workers should have been scheduled. I also requested a van but ended up with a truck. I drive 30 miles, put $10 gas in trying to get the needle to move. The needle seemed frozen. All these headaches are unusual for this location. I have written positive reviews in the past. My last rental a month ago was switched to the Chester Highland Ave location. I have something recent to compare with. The Chester experience was flawless.

Comment only...The gentleman who waited on me was patient, professional, and friendly. I was working with a short time period in which to get my belongings outta storage and was a little anxious about the situation. He was thorough and reassuring. He represents the company very keep him!!!! He worked Thursday November 29, 2018. He worked with me between 8:00-8:30.

I used my cell phone to check-in to the vehicle. the instructions said that the lockbox containing the keys was on the "left side near the door." I assumed this was in the truck. The lockbox was actually on the building. Needless to say, I could not find the lockbox and ended up taking another vehicle that had the keys in it (a late return from the previous night). Please be clear with your instructions that the lockbox is near the door ON THE BUILDING and not the vehicle.

Staff did not know how to deal with online reservations. Wasted 20+ minutes checking out. Credit card machine and printer were both broken. Unacceptable to have to checkout with no documentation.

Picking up was good, returning.... they act like you know what’s going on. Barely a word spoken. Truck needs some help. Door was difficult to open. Mirrors moved in the wind.



I believe i dropped the rental truck off on a Tuesday and this location had already closed for the day, I believe they closed at 3pm... So i would like for you to exstend the hours at least until 5 or 6pm.

The engine light on the dashboard was on when I got this van. The agent said they have problems with faulty sensors in the new vans so I ignored it and it ran beautifully. I had a new Transit van with 6700 miles on it.

We were going to drop the truck off at J&A Tires but they closed the gate so I couldn't bring the truck into the lot to drop off. Then why was this a place recommended to me by the guy at the U-Haul of Bensalem? J&A was the closest place to our new house to drop off the truck but they're closed on Sundays. I had to call U-Haul to get the drop off location changed. At the U-Haul of Crum Lynne, the attendant at the store looked like he was high on drugs. No hello or anything. He just took our keys and said that's it. So I had to drive out of my way to drop off this truck at a different location because the original location that was suggested to us was closed. This has been the worst experience I've had with U-Haul. Just so disappointing.

The truck was gross. The windows were greasy, the truck smelled of tobacco and the stench stayed on my clothes when I got out. Horrible!!!!!!!

Once again the location was convenient place looked clean but it took way too long to drop off the vehicle. But training of the employees is very poor and you need more employees for early morning pick up and delivery it’s absolutely horrible to have to wait that long when you’ve got a large load to pick up or drop off
