I had literally come from two other neighborhood U-Hauls and the experience at both was subpar and quite frankly subhuman. I complained to corporate and they did nothing other than switch my reservation to Culver Automotive. The owner was pleasant, sympathetic, helpful and expedient. I wish he'd been my first and only stop!!

We paid for a dolly and never received one. When we returned the vehicle and my boyfriend mentioned it - he was threatened by the rep. We think he might have been on substance.

The truck was not swept clean, they never emailed a receipt, and they did not tell us at time of pick up that the drop off location had changed. (A follow up email said "per our conversation, here is the new location", but there hadn't been a conversation about a drop off location change.) But the personnel were friendly.

Picked up truck in a dirt parking lot which was no big deal it's a truck. Drove 55 miles from Chino to Marina and was charged 25 dollars to wash the truck. The man was rude and unapologetic. I always use Uhaul this is my only bad experience.

Bad business practices Horrible customer service (multi-level) Horrible customer resolution tactics I rented a Uhaul from this location for the day to move my things in-town to another building. After the day of moving, we went to return the Uhaul and no one was there. However, the doors to the office were wide open and the lights were on. We didn't want to just drop our keys off where it could be taken or lost so we continued to look for an employee. After 15 mins of no luck, I was able to find someone in another garage that could go look for someone in the back. Emerged a younger gentlemen who was a technician, he put the keys back in the office for us and locked up for the night. Upon this, we received the bill and was charged an extra day. The clock out time was for 7:41am instead of when we returned it that night. Thinking that this was a misunderstanding we reached out to the manager, Dimitry, and explained our situation. He said that we had to return it by 4:30pm and since it was after that, we had incurred another day of rental. This was never told to us on the front end, we assumed it being a $19.95 DAILY rental we could rent it for the day and return when done with it before they closed. This isn't the case, then when asked if he could refund us he used his most abrasive no and gave me his District Manager's number. Manu, also, was no help. After explaining to him what happened, that the truck was returned and keys given to one of his employees the same day, that we never were given a correct time to return it, our paperwork was messed up because the manager said he couldn't adjust our reservation, and so on, he still said to go kick rocks. Just a recommendation, if using this establishment, make sure you have no humor error because even if they rightfully share part of the blame, there will be no understanding/ resolution.

This location has a manager who charged me double. I have already contacted UHaul customer service. If you support him it reflects poorly on your brand. I hope he is an outlier in your company.

Oh my gosh! This place was the best uhaul rental that I have ever used! They were so nice. Didn't have to wait in a line. Check in and out was super quick. Honestly, it was the best experience I have ever had regarding moving. Give those men a raise! Seriously, I never really tell people where they should go for things, but I have to start recommending this uhaul spot. Nothing they can have done to make it better.

I was charged double for a truck that cost 19.90 for the day. I don’t understand why you ask what time to return if it’s a whole day charge. I was never verbally told if I was late it would be double charge. I had said I would return it at 1:30 but it was 3:30. Not fair to charge double and not be told. Didn’t even tell me when we returned the truck and checked out that I was charged double.

Actually have a truck available on the day and time of my reservation, which I did in advance, including your "express check-in". Renting from this location made a very challenging move into a NIGHTMARE. There's not enough room here to express the details of the day; suffice it to say, I'll be calling in to get my move "comped" and then some. :(

This location Doubles as a auto repair or smog shop and U-Haul. A couple of girls were waiting in front of me for a while, finally I went to go look for somebody that handled the U-Haul portion or they would’ve been there all day.

I cleaned the storage part of the truck and folded all of the blankets. The cabin was returned exactly how it was given to me, which actually was clean. In trying to appease me because of the overcharge for the fuel, the returning agent said that he would not charge me for excess cleaning. That's when I drew a line in the sand and refused to accept inflammatory statements. If some restitution is not provided, then I will use Enterprise or another company next time.

The manager there I believe his name was Dimitri was a complete and total jerk. I first pulled up and he would tell me where to park and just told me to drive around. Without giving me any suggestions. He then tried to charge me for gas that I did that with him for. I had taken a picture before I left and showed him after he tried to charge me. And man, he told me that I would be charged $34, and then I check my bank statements and I'm charged $40. Overall, this guy does not have the temperament for this job and makes your company look bad.

I made a reservation for a pick-up truck but upon arrival was told that this location does not have pick-up trucks and that I made the reservation for a cargo van. Which I did not. Because a van would not work for my needs I was forced to rent a larger more expensive truck. I was not informed that insurance charges were being added to my contract. And was not offered the option to waive the insurance nor prove that I was already covered by my own insurance. In fact, I was never shown my contract at all. I was only told the total charges after returning the truck. I was upset and disappointed with the entire experience. I will never return to that location and will explore other moving truck companies before renting from U-Haul again.

I am extremely unhappy with this experience. I was given a 15-foot truck that has a dead battery. Every time the engine was turned off, the battery dies and the engine cannot be turned on. This resulted in a 4 hour-delay, 3 requests for roadside assistance, and a lot of stress from a move from LA to the Bay Area. I hope U-haul can compensate for this very stressful inconvenience.

I rented out a dolly on Saturday. Since they are closed on Sundays, I returned it Monday first thing in the morning. They told me that i would only be charged for one day but my card got charged 2x. The second amount was even higher than what the rate was supposed to be.
