Charged me for gas not being returned at proper level , when I have picture proof it was . The owner told me to just call 1800 U-Haul to get a refund Bc he was just "doing his job "

I filled gas back up to level when rented . And was charged 6.75 . I took a picture showing proof . But was told by manager of location " he was just doing his job , call U-Haul 1800 number for a refund " . He was a nice guy . But I know I did my part . I should not be charged for this amount . Plain and simple .

All 4 tires were almost flat after loading. Brake on the trailer was faulty and didn't work and when it kicked in, made for a sketchy recovery through the mountains in Camarillo CA on the 101. Rear right brake light was functioning upon pick up, but the connector came completely apart and noticed after being pulled over by CHP. Last but not least, now I need to have the brakes done on my truck due to the faulty brake system on the trailer. My pads are completely gone. Good times at my expense!

Be more sensitive for customer's needs. He was so rude and lied to me. He did not give me a final receipt that I request many times. He lied to me that he does not have any information about my rental contract. I did not understand about it. I was really upset with this office. I never have this kind of experience with U-haul. Thanks!

I would only megaton that the lot is VERY small and crowded. If one was not experienced at pulling a trailer it could be difficult to navigate. The guys that were working were very nice and made sure the trailer was attached correctly.

The van was in dirty condition when i took possession and he charged me an extra $10 cleaning fee. The $10 was not a big deal but I don't like to be told that I was lying when he said it was clean when I received it.

The gentleman at Tiger Ent. was very easy to do business with, nice guy! However, I agree with the reviews from some of the other customers...and suggest that UHAUL should send a separate "ALERT" to their customers when they have not been able to provide the vehicle that is needed at the location requested. I did get the call letting me know I needed to pick up at Tiger Ent from my requested location (Hog Shop Inc.) but I was lucky to have my hands free to answer the call....come on people, we are busy moving and when we can't drop what we're doing to answer the phone, UHAUL buries a statement of "not our responsibility, you don't get the $50" way down in their website for the customers to try to dig up when they have the time. Would it be so difficult to send a written message also?(I know, when I clicked on the reservation number from your confirmation email it sent me to another page that inconspicuously changed the location, But I'm talking about an "ALERT" type message that gets peoples attention like flashing capitol letters or something) When people get this busy they tend to let the phone ring, then when they get a break they check their messages. your employees must get tired of trying to explain to upset customers that they called, but no one answered....when they could say "and a message was forwarded to you". most people would stop complaining once they found the message, and would probably not write one of those nasty reviews I keep seeing. I Hope you interpret this as constructive criticism, that is what it's intended to be. Good luck and thanks to both locations for your service, I was treated very well. (the 5 stars are for these 2 locations, I give the UHAUL system 3.925 stars, don't ask about the .925 it's an even longer story)

Have the truck full of gas. It's plain customer service. Our windshield wipers just smeared water making it difficult to see. We're glad we only had to use them upon returning the truck. The total amount shown on your website when I reserved the truck was less than what I actually had to pay. Over $100 in sales tax was added to my amount. You didn't sell me anything, why was sales tax added, especially since I'm an Oregon resident where there is no sales tax.

When I picked up the truck there was trash in it. I was charged a cleaning fee when I returned the truck for trash that was not mine. I tried contacting the vendor via e mail and they never responded. I want a refund for the cleaning fee.

They over charged my account by 97.00 charged me a cleaning fee when I swept it out but because the light was not working I could not see it all. Very unhappy will not use uhaul again

My original rental pickup location was Joe's Hog Shop in Cypress, I was not informed of the location change and the representative at the Hog Shop location was extremely rude. Thankfully the guys at Tiger Enterprises did a great job taking care of me and changing the reservation from one way to round trip. I would NOT recommend Joe's Hog Shop and UHaul needs to do a better job at informing the customer when and where a pickup location has changed.

I was highly satisfied with this uhaul experience.The first, to have the opportunity to aknowledge the attempt i was literally thinking it was okay without calling a uhaul.But, im sure glad i did. There isn't anything anybody can do to make tgis location better its is the best location and Sam, Rich and everyone customer service is awesome!!!

I use haul since many years. Now, days ago I rented a auto transport one way from Newport Beach to LV. Unfortunately there was only a trailer available at this Cypress Location and I had to pick it up there a day before. After I reached Newport Beach, where the car to be towed was located, I recognized the bad condition of the trailer while preparing the car trailer for uploading. Rust holes at the frame and ramps. I was seriously concerned about using the trailer in this bad condition all the way to Las Vegas. I decided to return the trailer at the next haul station, which was in Cosa Mesa. There was no chance to get another one the same day, so I decided to go back home to Nevada to rent a trailer from a friend. Now I have to go all the way back today, finally picking up my car. To provide a car hauler in such a bad condition is a Hazard for people in traffic !

My pick up location was changed therefore I would get $50 off, but I couldn't get $50 off as I'm paying t the pickup. I had to contact UHAUL separately for the discount. Moving is a lot already for most of us. Then to do extra things like calling Uhaul again just adds more work.
