Delilah was so friendly and helpful throughout the process! I was treated so much better than the location in Cedar Hill where I personally stopped a week before I was to pick up the truck and auto transport! Told it was ready to go only to be transferred to Irving and then to Justin Moving! Delilah and employees went out of their way for services and friendliness! Got The runaround from the Cedar Hill location! Poor!

Justin runs a great shop, but uhaul billing charged me three times for one rental and I haven't been refunded my money!

I was charged for 16 miles when I did not go over mileage and was told I would get 45 miles if I would drop it off at a location that was 22 min away from my home when I could have went less than 5 min up the street!! Not happy and my paper says to drop off in Forney when I had to drive back to mesquite. I would like a refund.

Actually there wasn't anything I thought could use improvement and the staff tht helped us were very courteous, friendly and overall more than helpful, they really helped make the rental process less inconvenient even with the small miscommunication about me being able to not complete the rental...which we were able to resolve and eventually proceed with the rental. The lady at the counter was so wonderful and the gentlemen which moved the truck for us was very upbeat and willing to help. I was very satisfied with my rental experience with them.
