Alex B.Let people know ahead of time that customers have to spend 10-15minutes after their trip when returning the U-Haul rental that they have to do a return inspection with photos and questionnaires or get charged $20! Which in my opinion has always been the U-Haul‘s responsibility to inspect the vehicle afterwards not the customers. Doesn't make any sense, are they not going to check the gas, mileage, and the cleanliness of the cab or the cargo area themselves anyways?
