They did an awful job pulling up my reservation and couldn't get the payment to go through (system problem). They also didn't know it was possible to add a second driver, even though that was a very important thing for me to do! There was a language barrier too with not very good English spoken by the employees.
Pickup was very disorganized even though I had already done pre check in online. The worker had to use Google to find where we could drop our truck when we were done. Then had to call them to find out drop off hours.
The gas tank was supposed to be 3/4 full. When I rented the trunk it was slightly under. When I returned the truck I was careful to leave the same amount of fuel as in the tank when I rented the trunk. When I dropped off the truck I was told I had to pay an additional fuel charge of 2 gallons because the fuel level was below 3/4. This location should not allow a vehicle out with less than 3/4 tank if that is what you are charging me.
The Uhaul was dirty when I picked it up. It had dents in it without X stickers on them as if they wanted to charge me for them if I didn't mention the dents were there.
