My card was double charge because the written agreement was only written up for 1 minute of rental time. Consequently causing them to charge me for 2 days when I brought the rental back 6 hours later on what was supposed to be a 24 hour rental. I want my money back.

The staff at this location was very professional. From the time I reserved a truck, picked up the truck, and returned the truck I was treated like family. Christan was hands on from start to finish. The staff on-hand supported him and catered to me. Hand's down if I ever needed another Uhaul I'd rent from these guy's and pay the extra mileage.

Worst U-Haul experience moved several times with co. Made reservation month in advance for 15’ and changed by phone to 17’. 15’ was what I got-stuff had to be crammed in. After 8 calls from the road-cut off-misdirected to recordings, was finally told 17’ no longer available for one way. Was not notified in advance. Agent at outlet did not try to locate a larger for me-none available? He had no clue about what he was doing-could not run program. Constantly asked for info again and again. What was the point of all the preliminary work I had done online?? I had a deadline to be in Tulsa early afternoon-couldn’t mess with dumber than dirt agent. I had to use my phone to tell him where drop off was in Tulsa. He couldn’t find it. I was offered $50 for compensation for the reservation failure. Not enough. Truck was old in addition to all the above. Very tempted to use social media to describe my experience with U-Haul this time. What happened to the competent service I have had in past?? Location was sketchy .. There were a group of guys waking by who kept eyeing me and my son while we were unloading the vehicle.. One even came 6 been eyeing us and the things we had... I hurried as quickly as I could to get the tow dolly in place!

Charge the correct customer for the cigarette butts that were left in the truck when I went to pick it up. I took pics of everything as I was told in the instructions and then I was charged for the cigarette butts that were not left by me.

Lady behind the counter seemed to be "off-put" by the fact that I was in a hurry. Then was slow to get me my truck. Then had me inspect the WRONG truck. Then when I was ready to leave, had to go back for the furniture dolly.
