The virtual staff assisting me us not aware that the checkin service only allows customers to take pictures of images and that it does not allow customers to access stored pictures on phones.

The people we had personal contact extremely personable, knowledgeable and courteous. The call service person notified me there would be an additional charge for not returning it to a location 30+ miles away where we took it to one < 10 miles away and charge me extra mileage. I immediately protested this and case appears resolved This was done in Dallas which is no easy place to drive especially in one of your trucks.

I do not like the registration process on the phone. I could not set up a password or even reset the password it added like 15 more minutes to picking up the uhaul.. other people where pretty frustrated with the process as well.

The smart phone system is very confusing to a first time user. The agent was very helpful but photos,etc. very difficult. For some reason photos not accepted and had to be taken several times.

Uhaul is a great outfit, but your location at Midpark and Central BITES, you get a lot of people coming in and there is no where to go, unless you want to get hit by a deranged vehicle coming down the service road. either move to another location or Expand that Location. Otherwise, Your close, location is good, Always saying when your moving "location, location, location." I would use Uhaul again if need be but will as many recomment your source of business. Seriously thank you.

Customer service was excellent.Both walked me through on how to set up my own cellphone to conform to your services.They were awesome. The only thing I found not convenient is the drop off.Very limited parking for the uhaul that the only available space for me was the disabled one. Overall experience was great.Thank you

On the new phone program they were charging me for using the supplies on the truck like the blankets and dolly with before I was never charged for those items. I feel that they compliment the rental truck and is an accessory. The lock that’s on the back of the truck should be an up charge. So I was displeased with that only.

Make sure that your web checking out customers have all the perks as the regular face to face customers I had to stop my move to come to location for keys to the lock that secured the uhaul was missing made me miss 2 hrs of time moving due to this.



The staff, truck and facility we're fine. The self check out process does need some fine tuning. I found it not self intuitive much for someone who is self sufficient and tech savy.

Delion was excellent! Had everything ready when I got there (in the rain too) and with the servers all down, he walked me through the mobile check in... when I brought the truck back he got me out of there super fast. That young man is going places. He was way ahead of the game, saw a problem before I got there and had a solution ready the moment I walked in. Amazed by the service!

Overall average experiance. At the store, I was asked to provide a phone number of an "emergency" contact who can answer their phone right there and then, which I found to be inconvenient & unnecessary. Parking space at this location is also lacking.
