I was forced to get a smaller vehicle than I had originally created the reservation for. I signed up for a 20' and was given a 15'. This wasn't the fault of the location but rather of Traffic or the system overall. The location gave me some discounts to try and alleviate the issue but the whole experience didn't reflect well on U-HAUL as a company.

The tank was not full, and was 7/8. It is very difficult to refill to same partial level. So i overfilled. Was 9 miles over limit and still got charged eventhough i filled more gas... Why cant you just keep the full tank ?

YOU COULD CHECK YOUR TRUCKS MORE CAREFULLY. I ONLY GOT 20 MIN. FROM MY HOME WHEN I HAD A FLAT TIRE CAUSING ME TO BE HELD UP FROM BY TRIP BY 3 HOURS. DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT IS GOOD SERVICE? FURTER MORE I WAS OFFERED NO COMPENSATION FOR LOST TIME ARIVING AT 1a.m. instead of 10p.m. I would not recommend to anyone to use U-Haul. very disappointed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to make sure Katelyn in "Traffic" receives some serious accolades. I was originally supposed to pick up the truck in one location and trailer even further away due to availability. This was going to put a significant strain on my day with 3 - 4 hours of travel before even loading and then driving 3+ hours to my new home. Katelyn was very patient with my frustration and the stress I was dealing with. After she told me she had done all she could, and we hung up, she kept working on the issue and found a trailer in the town where I was. Again, poor communication by the reservation/ coordination/scheduling staff– when I mentioned about the drop-off location I planned, I was initially told by your scheduling staff that the location was operated by a different company, therefore, I'd have to select another location. It took unnecessary agitating steps to straighten up this drop-off location.

How IN THE HELL CAN U JUST STICK FUCKING PEOPLE INTO ANY TRUCK THAT U HAVE LAYING AROUND. THE TRUCK I GOT HAD A 100,000,00 miles ON IT AND IT DROVE LIKE CRAP. The team at Division street is awesome, unfortunately I cannot say the same for your corporate department that books the reservations. I reserved a 26' truck for Thursday and Friday the 29th and 30th. On Wednesday the 28th I received an email stating that you do not have a truck available for me. Meanwhile I had the closing of my 4 bedroom home on Friday the 30th and moving into our new home the same day! I replied to the email notifying me of the issue, but OF COURSE UHaul did not have the decency of responding. The Division street team stepped up and allowed me to use a 26' truck on Thursday but I had to return it at 6:30am Friday morning and swap it for a 20' truck. I then had to have that back by 4:30pm on Friday. This was NOT the fault of your local UHaul store. But all of the extra trips I had to make cost me a lot more in mileage. This lies solely on your reservations department and is a clear indicator of how you choose to run your business. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM YOUR SORRY EXCUSE OF A COMPANY AGAIN!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF AND THE CEO, CFO, COO AND ANY OTHER 'C' LEVEL MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE FIRED!! I HAVE A DEGREE IN LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT AND COULD DO A BETTER JOB THEN ALL OF YOU. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.
