I thought the rep went above and beyond in writing down phone no if there were any problems. The only issue was that there was a cord needed to connect lights to trailer. Fortunately, the guy who was driving for me was aware of that, so we could go in to ask for it before leaving.

Just wanted a little bit quicker service and employee didnt know how to do a return and the truck ramp took 5 of us to finally get it pulled out and hook on. Other then that great service.



I feel I was over charged too much off my credit card. I am very questionable of using this company again. It seems everytime I use them I am over charged. Don't get me wrong the staff are very helpful and courteous. I am just questionable of their billing process.

The whole experience was quite pleasant. I had gone earlier in the day to the UHaul location to ask questions about what was required for renting a van. I also wanted to see inside the van. The employee was very professional and courteous. When I went back later to actually rent the van, it was a different employee, and he was equally professional and courteous. Very glad that UHaul is nearby. Would recommend them for any moving needs, as well as supplies needed -- boxes, tape, dollies, etc.

I don't think uhaul should be able/allowed to charge clients credit/debit card after they have left without the clients approval. That is not ethical. When they gave you their card info it was to pay the initial fee agreed upon. Anything after that they need to either hold against client till next rental or ask them to come in at earliest convenience to pay it. You shouldn't charge them without their knowledge and then send a receipt.
