Quick and easy process; however was told by the representative that the location should not be listed as a drop off point, since U-Haul is being phased out at the location on 1013 Daphne Avenue.

I put too much gas into the truck due to the gas meter not moving up as I put gas in in small increments and was unable to receive a discount or partial refund to compensate for it. The lady who processed the whole check-in/check-out experience was really nice, but she said she was unable to do anything on her end. She called somebody within the Uhaul company and they said they don't reimburse gas. If you are going to require your customers to put gas in the truck and not provide a formula for those customers to not over- or under-fill, then you should be willing to reimburse them if they put too much in. Simply not doing so is laziness and thievery. It doesn't take much to write a check for $10 and send it to the customer, because you already have all of their information!
