Location is fine, UHaul on-line pick up process sucks. First: My phone wasn't showing the GPS location and that prevented the process (you don't need my physical location on the pick-up, the vehicle is there, OBVIOUSLY I cannot pick up the vehicle if I'm not there). Can perhaps understand the need for the drop-off GPS location (however that should be taken care of via a GPS on the vehicle), also where staff are available at the drop off location they can confirm the return. Second: I called UHaul for assistance, put on hold for an unacceptable time period, luckily someone helped me, via their phone. Third: UHaul apparently needed to confirm a secondary contact person on pickup. WHY WAS THIS NOT DONE WITH THE RESERVATION!!!!!!! This dam near caused me to have to give up reservation and miss the move (unacceptable). Fourth: Despite the correct credit card info provided your system couldn't process the credit card. Had to provide the cc info again on another person's phone (thank you for providing me such a risk!!!!!). No process to rate UHaul? Uhaul only interested in their third party locations. Hopefully someone form UHaul reads these reviews and take action on the part that the THEIR responsibility.

Clean. The truck. It had coffeee spilled all inside. The back was muddy and the ramp had crusher dust. All over. The back door was hard to close
