I had no problems with the location but rather the online check in. Online checking was very frustrating and time consuming. I love that you can do 24 hr/ pickup because I work during business hours but I wish the app wasn't so buggy. At times it would not let us input information then decline us for it, or sometimes just decline us for seemingly no reason. After messing around with the app for a while, customer service took over a half hour to verify over the phone.Gracie M.
I rented a trailer on Wednesday night after hours at 5:45. I was 2 hours late and called the store to notify.them. I realize it was 2 hours late but they charged me for another 24 hours - $29.95. That's ridiculous. I won't be back to that location and I would never recommend them.Walter M.

The truck was leaking! Had to drive through a rainstorm and when I opened the truck, my furniture was soaking wet! Completely ridiculous. But I can't "show" wet furniture through a photo when the furniture is made with dark material, so I have nothing to file a claim on. This is the second time I've had issues with this company. I will Never Ever use the mobile app to checkin/out ever again. It was very inefficient. Having a UHaul rep harass me via the app, having to require two co-workers to serve as references - was a major inconvenience. I ended up using the location to manually check me in - and it took all of two minutes. This location was wonderful. The truck was fine. The app was awful. The end.Rebecca B.
