Pretty good overall experience, but the U-Haul on Linney St. was incredibly rude, and the reason I left and went to this location. Those two girls at Linney St., made NO effort to rent me a truck, and let me walk out.
Gary AThe lady at the counter kept helping other customers as they came in, rather than helping me when I was there first. The young lady had NO clue what she was doing! She then writes the trailer number on a piece of paper, and sends me on my way. I can NOT lift the 6x12 cargo trailer myself, so I went back inside and told her to cancel it. She tells me "I can't help you bc I am pregnant". I NEVER asked her to help bc she didn't look like she could lift a finger. She called her boss and asked to cancel everything bc I could not life it myself off the ground. Her boss says " there isn't a man around that can help"? Luckily there was a random guy who helped. The whole experience was TERRIBLE! I would NEVER rent from this location!

Chasse CThe 10 ft van I got was very dirty, had roaches in it. Spin - Market wouldn't swap me out with another vechile I had to bomb for roaches before I could load up my furniture. The worse experience I have ever had with U-Haul
