The man that checked me out had a bad attitude. He was definitely not wanting to be there and helping the public. The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly and helpful.

I made my arrangements through uhaul's website to pick up my vehicle at a different location. Upon arrival I was told that my reservation was at a different location, and that the location I chose was only my preferred pick up location and not set in stone. The man at the counter assured me that "they(uhaul) probably tried to call or email" me with the updated location. I received no notifications whatsoever and going to the new location on Dartmouth caused me to be about 15-20 minutes late. The Dartmouth location was final, the employees pretty pleasant, however the uhaul car sharing service locked the keys to the van inside of it with no way of retrieving them. They were able to put me in a 10ft box truck instead of the 9ft van, but this took an additional 20+ minutes and as a very tall man (6'5) the box truck offers very little leg room compared to a van. The staff did their best to take care of me, even giving me the mileage rate for the van instead of the higher rate for the box truck, but between the location change without notification and the vehicle being locked I ended up causing my friends to wait about an hour longer for me to return.

Make sure your employees follow instructions to put in the keylock in the truck for self check-outs. My 7:00AM check-out turned into 11:00AM because there was no solution until the store opened.

When I got my confirmation I was informed there were no 17 foot trucks available anywhere. I asked for a 15 foot trucks instead. There was only 1 available. On arriving to pick up my vehicle I found they booked a van instead of a truck and they hadn't booked any moving blankets and had none left for me to add. The location I picked the vehicle up from is not at fault, that lies with the person who confirmed my booking

I had reserved a flat dolly which they didn't have. I wasn't charged for it, which was very respectful, but very inconvenient since we hadn't planned on having to make the detour to buy one. The website should have said that it was unavailable. Otherwise, service was good.

Well when we had first reserved our 10 foot box truck and tow dolly we st up to pick up both of them at one location on colfax in aurora i called two hours before i arrived and was told The truck and dolly were ready and then when i got there the general manager pulled it up then came to tell me that his mechanic broke the driverside wiper arm so we could not use that truck that he had said was ready when i called so i asked if they had another truck for us and he said no unless i would wait until monday well i told him no i couldn't do that so he got on the phone to find another location that had the truck we needed and foud one at the cell block locatio In aurora and then i asked about the tow dolly if i would be able to get it there as well and he told me no i would have to go to another location for that as well so i had to drive 15 minutes across aurora to the locations that had the truck when me and my wife arrived at that location the manager of that store completely acted like we were a burden to him right off the bat and we told him we were there to pick up a rental and he went and got the total didnt go over anything with us we paid more than what we were told when we made our resavation he had my wife sighn the paper work since we paid with her debit card then he took us to get the truck he pulled it forward out of its spot opened up the back which was full of dirt and not clean at all and closed it really quickly then went to the font told me it had a gas saver gauge gave me the keys and said have a nice trip he never went through a checklist or nothing on the truck he just acted like everything was good and ready to go and then went back Into his store the inside of the cab was completely filthy there was soda or some kinda sticky residue all in the door pockets of the driver door dirt cigarette ashes the truck reeked of smoke the floor had sticky residue everywhere and dirt built up and soda in the cracks of the seats and around the bottom of the seats on the rails it was completely disgusting there was mud all over the dash board when we finialy made it to the third location on Havana in Denver to get the tow dolly we told the guy that was checking us out about the truck and he went and looked and told us that since my wife singed the checklist that we were going to have to pay a cleaning fee and extra charges when we get to our drop off location in Texas and then went to give us our tow dolly when we got to it it was completely coverd in packed snow he hooked it up and sent us on our way we got to our house to load it and had to completely clean all the dirt and mud out of the back of the truck before we could put anything in it so we finialy got it loade and then went to load the car dolly the ramps would not come out because of how packed with snow it was so I spent 20 minutes getting the snow pack off it got the ramps Down drove the car up on it and went to put the tire straps on it they were frozen solid so I had to use a ha

Maybe be more understanding about trucks being late. I had an issue with the gate at my apartment and was not able to get the uhaul back on time from the fear of being locked out of my apartment complex. Moving was extremely stressful and I will have a hard time eating this week because that was all my money for food for the week.

I returned the vehicle after hours, never got a confirmation they got the keys because they "forget to check the overnight box", then got hit with a $15 cleaning charge? There was nothing to clean! I'm very unsatisfied with this experience and hope find alternatives for future moving.

I returned a 5 x 9 utility trailer with ramp and was charged a $15 cleaning fee. I didn't drive through mud/dirt and didn't hit any bad weather so I don't understand why I was charged the fee. When I called the location the rep there was unhelpful.
