The personnel working at the depanneur was great; very friendly and helpful. However, the u-haul customer service was HORRIBLE. We did not receive any confirmation email the day before our pick up and when calling the customer service line, it would automatically drop the call. When I finally reached a customer service representative named Melissa after 20 mins of wait time, she was VERY rude and condescending and said that she would put me on hold but ended up HANGING UP. The fact that so many others had the same issues just goes to show how poor the customer service level is at U-haul. I will be avoiding renting from you again. Please hire better staff as CSR.

Was supposed to pick up truck at another location. (65 Brunswick). Reserved 31/2 weeks in advance to ensure pickup location. Was never informed location had changed ! Gentleman at new location only called me 30 min in advance to tell me. By that time was on my way to pick up. Cost me $30 cab fare to move to second pickup location. Would appreciate this coming off my bill as a refund

Ouverture du contrat sans problème. Remise des clés sans problèmes. Le camion, cependant, était poussiéreux et non propre... clairement pas nettoyé entre chaque client... interessant en temps de Covid... Je ne comprend pas que les camions ne soient pas désinfecté entre chaque location... Remise des cles, et fermeture du contrat 2 heures plus tard (Vendredi 7:30pm). Samedi matin, je me reveille avec 9 appels manqués et voicemails en 20mn.... le premier me demandant de ramener le camion, ceux du milieux me menaçant d'appeler la police, et le dernier s'excusant car la personne venant de réaliser qu'il avait lui même fermer le contrat le soir d'avant et que je n'avais pas le van... J'attend toujours un appel du bureau chef pour comprendre la situation. Merci

Un retard de 30 minutes nous a valu une journée additionnelle chargé. Nous avons eu un contretemps, nous avions appelé Pour aviser et personne n'attendait cet équipement. Le préposé a tenté d,intervenir auprès de Uhaul sans succès. À+ pour le service à l'établissement mais service très ordinaire de la part de UHaul.

The man was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. They also charged me $118 for EZ-Fuel even though I returned the truck at the same level as when I got it. I am not a complainer, I have never given a bad review to anyone. I have also only had great experiences with U-Haul in the past. This man was very rude and I will never be dealing with that particular location again.

The rental agent tried to scam me by adding the insurance without my knowledge. When I asked him why the fee are higher than expected, he turned up to be very aggressive to the limit I wanted to call the police. When I said I will complain, he said ok I will remove the insurance. He is a scammer and you shouldn't trust him. Call me for more information Hany 514-756-2447

quand on retourne le camion on doit mettre le gaz au plein comme ca on paye juste prix a cheque fois le client pend le camion il doit le prend avec essence plein .c est equitable

The snow/ice on the truck was not removed. A few times when stopping the ice slid off in front of truck. had there been a car there it would've certainly gone through the back windshield! ;-)

J'aie dû deneiger moi même pour acceder a la remorque ensuite incapable d'ouvrir la porte de la remorque il y avait 2 pouces de glace sur le bas de la porte ... En plus la personne responsable de nous remettre la remorque ne parlait pas français.
