I am very unhappy with the computerization of the process. I do not have data access from my cell phone and therefore could not review the contract and was charged insurance when I specifically had requested no insurance. The establishment could not print out the contract and I could not see the contract because it was emailed to me! It should not be assumed that all clients have internet access from their phones. I would love to recommend the establishment but uhaul did not live up to its obligations.

L'établissement (petit dépanneur) était sale et sombre, j'osais pas toucher à rien! Le propriétaire ne métrisait absolument pas le logiciel de location de U-Haul, j'ai dû attendre 45 minutes pour avoir le camion alors qu'il y avait seulement un client dans le magasin. Le camion était sale aussi, tâche de coke séchés partout, il n'avait pas été lavé depuis un moment! Ce ne représente pas le professionnalisme et la satisfaction auquel je suis habitué avec U-Haul. Très déçu.

We really like the man who runs this uhaul and his equipment is in fantastic condition. He isn't our closest uhaul place but we go exclusively to him. The van was in such good condition that it made a long move enjoyable.

The process for scanning the driver's license using the QR code was not very clear and certainly not intuitive to non techy types. Most people don't have a QR reader on their phone. I figured it out, but the location attendant left it up to me.. seemed to be a bit much for him to understand.
