You can not pay with cash or a debit card without having to pay a deposit. Even if your debit card is on file. Not everyone in this world lives on credit cards but true American money. It's sad that this is no longer any good.

The attendant seemed put out that we had brought back the trailer. Lack of communication on where to park the trailer. The jack he used for the trailer after it was unhitched from the truck was broken. I had to ask for a confirmed receipt that I had returned the trailer with all equipment.

The guy who we picked up from was dumb and went against our wishes. We knew that we had to pay at pickup and he said we paid at from off, we had cash. Then charged our account anyways and overdrafted our card account We tried to talk to him about it and he not only blew us off but fucked us over. Also, we wanted to pickup at a different location and we were sent there, which made our milage go over by five miles. We also payed for a utility dolly, and didn't get it.

Everything was very well kept -- the office, the trailer we rented. The person (Tyrone) who took care of us, was very nice, friendly, and helpful! If we ever need a truck or trailer, we will return. Also, would recommend this location to friends as well. Thanks!
