They did not provide the moving blankets or the dolly that I ordered and paid for. They also told my daughter in law that it needed to be returned with a full tank of gas and it only had just at a forth of a tank. The house is on the west side of town and they made her go to the far East side to pick up the Uhaul, this is just not good customer service.

Used UHAUL website to get nearest location and it kept changing the locations and said a representative would call me before the date to find best location and no one ever did. Owner of Lenco offered to give us trailer for 2 days for price of 1 day and I am still waiting for my refund. Very unprofessional. Inconveniently not opened on weekends.
