The agent was not exactly customer friendly. In fact I felt like I was bothering him. I only needed a truck to move items from a storage unit 1/2 mile away to my home which was .02 mile from the unit. He acted like I was trying to move across the nation. But the young man who check in my truck was very nice. He stepped up to help me when the original agent basically ignored me when I came into the store. BTW I only had the truck a few hours, so it's not like he didn't remember me.

I have rented from U-haul at least a dozen times and I've NEVER had a rental that didn't have a problem. This time the place you sent me to did not have an appliance cart that was to be there, just like the time before. U haul has screwed up billing 3 times in previous rentals, sent me to a place 25 miles away (a junk yard) to pick up a truck which they rented to another man thinking it was me (didn't check his license), waited an hour to be told that you had a truck that was 5 miles from my original request. If there was another company beside uhaul in my area I'd never go back. However, the vast majority of people who work for uhaul TRY to accommodate and fix things (except that junk yard) and are usually very polite. Something is wrong with Uhaul higher management and procedural y than with the people who meet us personally.

I rented a u haul on 6/24/18. I was quoted $79.00 including 30 miles. I was over charged for this rental for 24 hours. I returned the truck early and was still over charged. The 1st place that you sent me to was disgusting and they didn't seem too worried that we didn't have a vehicle to take. So you sent me to another place for pick up right up the road and the man that was handling us was rude. What has happened to customer care and customer satisfaction. If we ever need a truck again we're probably going with another company.

I will never use this location again! I called them several times but was put through to the call center. When I asked to speak with this store to inquire about my charges, the operator said she would send them a notice to call me back. HE/SHE never did. Will never use again and will not recommend them!

I checked in and it took an additional 15 minutes to get the truck. I even pre-checked in. There is no reason it should have taken that long. Your truck also needs some maintenance. When I shifted to lower gears, the engine would rev up, sounds like there could be an issue with a hose or the transmission. Either way, it made my moving experience unnecessarily stressful. I don’t want to have to worry about the moving truck when I have to worry about a million other things while uprooting my life. I’ve had this experience before as well. It seems like every time I rent a uhaul, there is something wrong with it or it doesn’t drive right. Sorry to say, I probably won’t be renting a truck from your company again.

I webt to get my rental it wasnt there so i had to rent a smaller one and brought it back the next morning with more gas then it had in it got the u haul back bwforw they opened but was charged an additional 40 dollars when i only went over buy a few miles but probally got charged an extra day because i had to make an extra trip because i had to rent a smaller one but still got it back the next day before they openex and even though tjet charged my card 130 doolars they still had a 90 dollar hold that put me in the negative and made it so i couldnt use my card my experience was stressful at already a stressful time im verry disapointed

The person who we checked out the transport trailer did assist us in hooking it to my truck. Because it was not hooked up correctly my truck was damaged. I would never recommend that uhaul representative to anyone.

the back of the 15 foot box truck I rented was infested with cockroaches. I drove 20 miles to my destination then had to turn around and bring the truck back... I guess it's my fault too for not inspecting before I left the parking lot.

Salesperson, I believe his name was George Hall, that helped us out was awesome! He did a great job answering all our questions and explained the process fantastically! He is a fantastic employee you should give him a bonus or something because he is a very hard worker. I have had issues with employees in the past with U-haul so I was hesitant to use them but because of him I will use U-Haul going forward into the future as my first choice.
