The shop was just a repair shop. Not a U haul dealer. Nothing to speak about. They had a few U Hall trucks parked around their property. My information was in their computer, which make drop off easy, I did have unused UHall boxes I wanted to return but it could not be done at this drop off location. The unused boxes are now in the back seat of our 2020 Chevy Sonic. I would use U hall again and recommend them.

Speaking to an agent was painful because it was all via chat. Verification took FOREVER (calling the contacts I provided). The process was opaque. Horrible experience. And now my credit card has been billed twice for the same amount and I have to sort that out. Never again.
Justin JDuring my drive to drop off the 10 Ft U-Haul Truck the vehicle stopped functioning. The battery stopped powering on the vehicle which became a huge concern and made my moving process a lot longer.
