There were issues when going to pick up truck - Uhaul computers weren't working. But Steve @ Steves Rollin Stone was AMAZING - one of the best customer service experiences.

Steve was kind of a jerk when I returned. There was one small piece of paper in the van and he acted like it was dirty. Then there was a little dog hair in the cab and he gave me a big lecture about he's not going to clean it for free. As far as I'm concerned $150 is not free. I had to race back without time to clean it because he gave it to me 30 minutes late aand he closes early.

We had some challenges with our move and had to make changes to the equipment in the middle of everything. Steve did a great job getting those changes done. It required a lot of paperwork to make the swap in equipment but that was because of U-Haul's processes. I felt bad for Steve but he managed to get it done.

I understand that weather plays a part in a lot of things, but having to wait 3 hrs for a truck because computers were down, no paper copies to sign out vehicles with, Was told there was a 26 ft truck available and the truck was annotated on a conformation e-mail as being available was not available anywhere in the region., had to downsize to a 20 and pay extra for a trailer. The mover helpers that were annotated when we set up the truck did not exists, had to run around and find a new set of movers, the lady at the call center, sorry didn't get her name, was extremely rude stating that we should have checked earlier, which would have been impossible in the sense that we never received a conformation phone number for them when we set the move up. Then we had to reset the reservation to a one way because it would not allow me to rent an extra day, which ended up costing as much for 3 days when I only needed the truck for 2 days. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with u-haul to date; you might have lost a member permanently.

Trailer tongue did not couple completely even after re attaching several times. This caused the trailer/load to lift off the ball maybe 1/8 inch.adenfor a nervous 750 mile drive with many stops to check the load

Location was fine but due to Uhaul corporate scheduling problems I had to drop the truck off 25 miles from my preferred location. There were numerous locations closer but supposedly they were full. Uhaul should have their own system to move trucks and not put the burden on their customers.

We prearranged a drop off point, and again the drop off point changed TWO times and again was well out of the area relocated too. We opted for a different venue and thankfully it was accepted but, again this was a painful experience as a whole from pick up to drop off. We were terribly inconvenienced from start to finish.

The owner did not have the pads I ordered and said he hadn't carried them for years. So we had to go to another U-Haul to get them.

When I received the trailer only some of the LED lights worked on the Driver Side and the tires were out of balance. By the end of the 5 days the LED running lamps on the Passenger Side didn't work at all (Brake and Turn Signal worked fine). The managers phone on location didn't work very well... took several calls to contact anyone onsite. The hours on the day of pick up changed ... he mentioned he was closing at 4PM on the day of my pickup, this would have been helpful to know in advance rather then the day I planed to pick up the trailer after 5pm. The manager was polite and helpful thou during all transactions.

I originally had made a reservation at another location for a 6 x 12 foot trailer using your online process, that location did not have the trailer and they haven’t had that trailer there for several months. Your online reservation process does not work correctly. The other location (Green thumb in Greeley) employees were not very good at locating a trailer (the guy was texting instead of calling someone to locate a trailer), I was there for over 45 minutes waiting on them. I am not sure why they do not check their reservation info before people show up to make sure they have the desired uhaul on hand.

I will not ever recommend UHaul to anyone after the abusive way I was treated by Jamie at the UHaul main office. In fact I will tell everyone I know about it and recommend they use anyone BUT UHaul. All due to Jamie at the corporate office having a horrible lack of customer service skills.

I will never rent from uhaul again. My online reservation was lost, then the truck wasn't where it should be, I ended up driving 100 miles, a day late, to finally pick up a truck that someone found for me. It was a mess from start to finish. My truck got a solid 4 miles to the gallon, my total charge was $500 more than I was initially told it was going to be. This was a stressful move to begin with, and uhaul's unprofessionalism made it nearly unbearable. I was told that nothing would be done to "make everything right". I am a real estate agent, I literally talk to thousands of people every year who move and I will be making sure that every potential mover I come in contact with knows just how awful this experience was.

I had originally ordered the trailer from a Cheyenne location and expected to pick it up on the day promised. It was not there on that day and I had to use the 800# to find an available trailer. One was found 50+ miles away at Steves'. I lost 3 days of opportunity to load the trailer and not be rushed.

Reserving ahead of time online approved to be of no assistance, since the U-Haul computer system was experiencing problems that day. I spent almost an hour in the office trying to get the contract done, which eventually had to be done in the main office and faxed up. I had all of this planned down to the minute with taking a two hour lunch to drive up there, get it done and drive back to work. Oh, well, the best laid plans....Maybe have contracts completed and ready for customers when they arrive for pick-up!

Needed the rental in Ft. Collins. Had to drive to Eaton because units weren't available in Ft Collins. An extra day of rental given for inconvenience was of no use to me.
