Lady was on phone with another worker and was complaining to him about not being there to check in the truck. Kinda rude however was nice enough to inspect the truck and said everything was good to go.

The ap instructions were very straight forward and simple to do.
john S.Online self check-in website was slow, not due to phone data; I was using a new pixel phone with unlimited 5G data. The website is glitchy, has lags, stop without completion and resets. I would not recommend using your website for online self check-in.
Kenneth P.I returned the van on time and they still charged me an extra $20. I called and got a nasty lady that did not assist.
