It took an hour for me to leave with the trailer even though I had already checked in online and Uploaded all my info and drivers license. After the severe incompetence I had just dealt with he hooked my trailer up I drove out of the parking lot and decided I better check that the trailer was on correctly as it just didn't feel right. Sure enough the knob that tightens it in the ball was extremely loose and I turned it about 10 times so it was definitely not hooked up appropriately. In the future this person needs more thorough training as this could have cause a huge issue. I will be going to actual uhaul location from now on.

It's a single person office with no one in it at 1130 AM. It's dark, dingy and poorly marked. It felt very unpleasant and unprofessional. I am very unhappy with my service and will not use uhaul again unless I have no other choice
