Online return was cumbersome & the location wasn’t set up for it. The key drop this location has is equipped with combination locks & numbered bins. I was never given a combination nor did the website mention anything about it, so I just had to drop the keys in the slot the business has for it’s auto repair business. It seems the doesn’t mesh well with the uhaul real world.

the notification from U-haul the day before you pick up your equipment is too short. It should be at least 2 days. We requested Bailey was then told we had to go to Evergreen. The Evergreen location we were sent to did not have the vehicle when we were told they would have it. They sent me to a different location in Evergreen that had the equipment. When I finally got there they were very helpful and professional.

The air went out an hour into our 14 hour drive, through the south in august! It was a long, hot, miserable trip in a truck that cost us $1080 and $300 in gas. When I got in contact with Steve schlegel to voice my concerns he told me to email him after I returned the truck and he will see what he can do. So I did, and he stopped responding to me. After my 2nd complaint I was directed to tavis larson. He sent out a $300 partial refund for our inconvenience. I was concerned about the check going to the wrong apartment, and he also stopped replying to me. Thank goodness my new neighbors were honest and returned it to me. I've been waiting on this check for over a week that tavis told me would be just a few days so I was worried it wasn't going to come to get to me. Terrible customer service, I will never use uhaul again.

They should communicate better when the customers drop the trucks.I have been called days later with the threat than the truck is considered stolen even though I dropped it within 24 hours.Bad bad communication on their part.

The location was closed at noon. The location had so much junk, cars, trucks and trailers pushed into one spot there was barely room to drive onto the property. Instructions on what to do were vague and confusing. I called the number indicated on the rental contract and was put on hold twice. The second time the phone was left open and we could hear everyone in the office, including the lady that put us on hold, joking and talking about what they did last night. It sounded like they were having a party while they left us on hold. When we mentioned it the comment was ignored and no apology was given except to say they were sorry for the delay.

The lot was full of many cars & trucks. Also U-haul trailers. It is very close to the road so it took 30 min to find a place to leave the trailer that was safe from traffic. Location was closed but this is where U-Haul told us we had to drop it or there may be additional charges. Trailer worked great, on-line reservation, pick-up, and drop-off were not.

I had a reservation at one U-Haul outlet, there was NO EQUIPMENT there, even though I had a confirmation number. I went to this establishment, they transferred the agreement, rented the equipment and got me out the door in record time. I will go here again, but not back to where they didn't even care to help me, they just said "sorry no equipment." and left it at that.

This was not the location we chose. We rented a truck from the Conifer location but were later told we could only be guaranteed a truck in Littleton. Then later we were told we had to go to Evergreen. This was not convenient. It does no one any good to have a facility in Conifer if you can't rent a truck there. Your system is very poor.
