No personnel were on site, we dropped off early on a Sunday evening. I over filled the gas(should have only filled up to 2/3 a tank, but filled to full!) because the gas needle would not move to show me how much gas was going in 🙄 (I parked in the lot where I dropped the key off and not where the other uhaul was in another parking lot for a strip mall)

colleen bThis location states its open 9-5 on on saturdays on your website but when you get to the location it's by appointment only on saturdays. It took an hour for us to get our key.
