I have no complaints about the location or staff.

The location overcharged me and the manager did not know how to perform a refund. I was charged an extra day and also for an appliance dolley that I never received. The manager acknowledged the mistake he made but kept insisting I call customer service myself, saying he did not have the ability to fix the problem and they are the only ones that could fix the issue. I called customer service and put them on speaker so the location manager can hear what I was told. The location manager then said I have to call billing myself after I hung up with customer service. He did not want to take care of the issue himself and was completely incompetent! He made the mistake and was trying to pass the problem to someone else who did not the authority to fix it.
