I booked online and immediately after putting in my credit card I rec'd a confirmation for a 10 foot truck at the location I requested. I WISH you had warned me that those details might change. Since I was en route the day before getting the truck, I put my husband's phone number in for text confirmation. I would not have done this if I'd known you would make significant changes to my book. He did not realize the text update had moved the pickup location & changed the equipment specified. It was a scramble to drive a half hour down the road, an expensive and inconvenient to handle a 15 foot truck. I'm not happy with the "bait and switch" but I understand these things happen. What I'm REALLY not happy with is that I wasn't warned. I thought my online booking was "good to go" information.

The staff was not aware of how to check in or out the trailer. I was charged for an extra day because they did not know how to use the program on the computer. I haven't been refunded the money yet.

Well, despite my situation of having to move apts so last minute and not having any many trucks available since most people have to plan weeks in advance to reserve one, I was able to book a regular pickup truck. It wasn't ideal but it's all I could manage to get. But what annoyed me the most is that every single time I was on the phone with a uhaul representative I was talking to a completely different person. Because of this, there was so much miscommunication. Everyone was telling me different things. This was very frustrating because there was nothing consistent about this experience. Once I was able to finally pick up my truck, I went about my moving business. To make matters worse, I get a call from yet another representative saying that I was late for my pick up time. This had confused me because I already had the truck, how could I possibly be late to pick it up? Come to find out that in the midst of all this miscommunication between so many different representatives, they had never made a contract for me, meaning if I happened to get pulled over with the truck I would have been considered stealing it. In the end, this last representative was able to get everything straight and we were fine. But that was the final straw with me and I was not happy with my experience at all.

You failed to notify me that my reservation was not available at the set location. I had to call the day before and then alter my moving schedule (5 hour drive) to accommodate Uhaul's logistical issue. I will never use your company again

Everyone at both locations were great, called uhaul customer service and got a jerk on the phone after a fifteen minute wait. Asked if there was a manager there and butt hole said there was always a manager there but never would let me talk with them. I will never use uhaul again. Overpriced and false advertisement. 39 dollars a day my butt. Had trailer for 8 hours and charged over 400 bucks. Should be called uhaul we screw

I reserved a trailer on line at a different pick up location and was called by UHaul the day prior to rental indicating there was not equipment there and the pickup location changed. What is the point of reserving on line if the equipment is not actually there? I had to drive 20 minutes out of my way to a different location.



The staff at United Muffler was especially friendly, helpful and honest and went above and beyond to locate a hitch for me (I forgot my own) with minimal delay.

I drove all the way to my destination not knowing the tire on the trailer was very low. I called the U-Haul where I was and they came and changed the tire.

The truck was dirty from the previous mover! When you return the truck to a corporate office, you could be charged for the dirt!!! I would never rent from this location or another dealer again. I'll only rent from corporste office.
