New csr's.. they didn't know any prices, they text me multiple times throughout the night saying I had only rented it for 6 hours when on pickup they said it was only for 8 when they charged me for 24 hrs, then upon early return refused to give me my cash deposit for hours. Very poor customer service

Fix your fuel guage . You charged me for fuel after I put $7.00 in it . And I told the gentleman about it . And showed the fuel receipt for my fuel purchase. I find this completely unexceptionable. I had to clean the truck before I hauled my furniture. It was full of pine needles and dirt .
