When I arrived he was doing mechanic repairs on a van and kind of took his time getting to me. The truck that reserved was not available and I was forced to upgrade to a bigger truck and I didn't get the rate I was promised online or from the representative that called to confirm my reservation. Rick himself was great, he explained a lot that the rep didn't explain on the phone, but I probably would be better off finding a friend with a Truck to help me move next time. This was expensive for me.

The truck was malfunctioning. I got a call before my pick-up saying first that the truck was broken (would not shut off even when turned off and keys removed). I then got a call the day before my pickup saying the truck had been repaired. I questioned but was assured it was fixed. It was not. Truck still did not turn off and we had to leave running several times while loading/unloading. Rick's was fine as pickup location just wish the truck would have been fixed like I was promised.

The UHaul web site was down and it took 45 minutes to check out the truck. Rick tried to complete the transaction over the phone and the person at UHaul couldn't do it. I had two people waiting to help me load the truck and this cost me $40 dollars in wasted labor. Thanks UHaul.

The location was great. Friendly and so helpful... However the 1800 number is left to be desired., customer service number as well as the dispatch reservation number was rude. The reservation manager took it on behalf herself to change my dates without asking. Then when I get transferred to her she wants to get rude with me and NASTY! First thing out her mouth was yes I did it.

Provide Sunday pick up in a general location near Fitzgerald since this location closed at noon on Saturday. I would think a good percentage move either on Saturday or Sunday. Sunday pick ups are very restricted with Uhaul.

The outgoing odometer reading as posted in my paperwork was inaccurate and actually about 200 miles higher than actually showing on odometer. I happened to catch it prior to departure and notes were reflected in the Uhaul system, but this took additional time to reconcile on both the pick up and return ends. I would have been held accountable for paying for these miles on the return if I had not noticed the error on the pick up. This was very disturbing error, and makes me wonder if it was intentional. Either way it caused me a delay in the pick up and return process that affected the loading/unloading support I had arranged..

The first person I tried to set my online appointment with wasn't listening. She didn't get my order right and she kept trying to sell me storage service that I didn't need. The second person that I talked to was awesome and took care of my order just like I needed. The guy at Rick's was great too and understanding about my arriving later than I intended. The truck was newish and in great shape. I will definitely go to Rick's first the next time I or someone I know needs a Uhaul.

Arrived after this business closed...very little room to park a 26' truck as someone has blocked their yard with a smaller uhaul vehicle. Did the 24 hour drop off thing...received a statement online today but there's no cost on it...how the hell do I know how much the final cost was????? I am done with UHaul...never again...this has been a horrible experience.

I arranged an 11:00 pickup through a central phone number after reserving online. When I arrived, no one was there and a sign said "Gone to lunch. Back at 12:00." At 12:10 the dealer arrived. He was completely unapologetic, saying "everyone knows I go to lunch from 11 to 12." Eventually it was clear that they knew that a pickup was scheduled for 11, but chose not to call and let me know their lunch closing hour. Their attitude was offensive.
